I went it with an appointment I made online. I had asked a few questions to clarify what I needed to bring. They had no idea I was coming and no one answered my questions. I did have a confirmation email, so it went through their system in theory. When I showed up, the woman seemed inconvenienced that I had come. Im surprised this company has 4 and half stars on Yelp. Makes me think they can pay for them. My story is: I needed a Tag for a used car today. As soon as I got into the place I saw this girl with a "no friend face" typing on a computer. Place is decorated very pale and was empty. She completely ignore me as I was standing there and had to say hello twice , smiling under my mask. At my second hello she said "How can I help you". But never looked at me. I said well Im here for a Tag. She replied that she can not give me a Tag until two more days because I was coming in just before 6PM as she turned her face to continue typing expecting me to say that I was going to leave. I didn't. I didn't want the bad treatment but I am very busy at my job and could not go another day. So I stayed. After about 5 more seconds of silence I said "will you have time for me?" She said that I need my drivers license , registration and prove of insurance of the vehicle on a tone expecting I didn't have it. Again I was surprised because of the bad attitude. I had everything but I need the business email to send the prove of insurance. She point it at me with her mouth to a pamphlet over the desk and continued typing. So I send the email and told her that it was sent. While she was still typing she replied on a bad tone that she haven't received it. After ten seconds apparently the email was there because she stood up and went to make copies. Again, with an angry face she told me that they charge whatever and that the total was (around) $500 expecting me to leave with paused silence and a face that lasted for (about) 4 seconds.I handed out my CC. Paid and left very angry at me to give my business to this kind of people. If there is a negative -1 this is what they deserve. I hope she was not the owner and if she was, she needs to rethink about her life and get a job that not involve social interaction. read more

Tried to go to DMV in Delray beach for title transfer, after waiting in line for 20 minutes to talk to front desk, they gave me a number and an estimated 2.5 ~ 3 hrs waiting time. While sitting in the waiting room I Yelp'ed and found Simplified Auto and left DMV. No lines or waiting at Simplified, they texted me the next day to come pick my tags up. Well worth the $35 dollars. There was a fee for paying the ~$450 in title fees via credit card, recommend bringing cash or your old fashioned check book. read more

I found this online because in Boca Raton Florida there do not seem to be the big Auto Tag signs I'm used to up north. The process was very easy and painless. It's not same day service but you can register online or call and they will have the decal the next day. Beatriz and Tariz were so accommodating to me because of my time constraints. Ridiculous. The wanted to charge me $52 for a disabled sticker that ended up costing $2 at the Deerfield Beach tag agency on Hillsboro.
