And as a cherry on top 4) they installed my 3 back yard security cameras facing same direction out to backyard, not covering sides of home. Their response? "We can turn them" but problem was the roof drains and side of home blocked that from working . They did offer to drill more holes and move the cameras but 3 strikes and you're out. I went with them because my builder forced me to. I have a great home automation contractor in Atlanta and unlike them the AAMI consultant/leader who consulted us was worthless. I knew better but I wanted my home prewired. Use the tuition I paid and avoid these people. Shame on Domain Homes for forcing me to use them but thank you for letting me fire them and get their contactor to fix my door, thermastats, and remove my cameras.

I contracted Roland and his team for Savant automation programming and home theater install. In the…read morebeginning, Roland was very professional. He showed up on time and he was very personable. He quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable and we scheduled a time for the install. When Roland and his team came out to do the work, the troubles began. For starters, he never never thought about running electricity to the areas that needed power. Ultimately, this led to him running an extension cord through my attic (not code). Next, he struggled to program my Savant which does not work to this day, and no wires were concealed which led to the theater having visible wires to every speaker in the system. The projector was another issue as it was never mounted properly and this led to the picture not filling the screen and being crooked. Also, there was a second room that needed to be set up in Savant. He started the work but never finished. Roland assured me that each of these issues would be taken care of. I paid him in full. He did come out twice to fix issues and slowly complete the install but he never finished. Each time we spoke he had an excuse as to how busy he was. We had a little back and forth with Roland mainly ghosting me and/or setting up appointments and not showing. When we did speak he apologized and committed to another date. Unfortunately, he continued no show. This has gone on for almost 18 months. I have been extremely patient but I realize now he has no intention of making things right. I told Roland I would not forget this utter lack of professionalism and that the problem would not just disappear. I'm writing this review for his eyes and to hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the same issues I have.

Just recently an emergency vehicle was trying to pass though a gate but it would not open. If you want a gate system that works, go get other bids!

I explained from the beginning I was not worried about security but wanted to be able to monitor my home with cameras when I'm not home. They came out and activated the system so they could start charging me with no cameras because they were all on back order. The technician was supposed to follow up when they received the cameras to install. Month's later I receive mail notification, email and phone calls saying my account is past due for hundreds of dollars when we had been paying the monthly bill? So I called the company and they said it was for the cameras ...that I never received? They weren't aware I hadn't received them and said that technician was no longer with the company but they would send another technician to see where they are to be installed. We got Covid and they said they would reschedule and never did. Also, I can not use the alarm system when I'm not home because my small dogs set off the alarm. So I asked to cancel my account and they said I have to pay $2000 to get out of contract and I asked to speak to a Manager and they said all the Supervisors are in a meeting but that they will send me a cancellation form and balance owed of $2000 to close account and the VP will reach out. I have emails from a company representative requesting to close my account multiple times and they never once mentioned a cancellation form or amount due. I DO NOT recommend this company and will continue to let others know not to do business with this company that has no Customer service or provided a service.
