I said so how do you expect me to purchase a top in which I cannot try on and I don't live close to here meaning this was a waist trip . This contact had access to my insurance ID:# & I was able to pay for my expensive medication. I called Angie with this new ID information & she helped me to get the prescription filled, however this particular med wouldn't be unavailable until tomorrow. So I thanked her for her diligent help and hung up. Angie called me back and said she found what I required and set up a delivery for me ASAP like TODAY!!! Like another review said, the staff are extremely unprofessional and make handling any issues you have into a "non-issue" unless you keep pushing it. In the past 2 years I've had up to 7 pills missing from my 30 day refills, and they miscount pills frequently. It's a train wreck to try to get more pills after they miscounted the month prior, the last time they missed 5 I was accused of "abusing" a non-controlled substance. Who is getting addicted to lamotrigine? I recently moved away to another city for college and requested they transfer my prescription. I can't put into words how insufferable this place was about it. My father and I called over 5 times together, and my new pharmacy did as well. Today, they left a voicemail saying they'e not going to send it and to make sure I "really needed it." Who would be THIS annoying about getting their pills unless they really needed it? They also said they already "made" my prescription and despite us saying I moved over 300 miles away, I should get somebody to pick it up regardless. This is extremely unprofessional and I don't know in what world the staff here think this is appropriate. The ONE saving grace about this place though is if you go between 2-4 pm on a weekday there's usually no line. In theory if they count your pills right consistently and you go in during that window, your pharmacy visits should be 5 minutes tops. That never happened for me or any of my family members though.
