I've been shopping at the store forever, since before the were Radio Shack, and have always loved them! They always go out of there way to explain things to me and even when I have to wait in line, it is well worth the time! Not sure what this other person was talking about. I aways buy my cell phones and ink from them and batteries! It's been my experience that they are a little cheaper than Wal-mart on most items and they are have better quality.
