I recently moved out of Bella Vida Estates, and needed a move-out clean. After contacting several places, I decided Simply Maid Clean would be the ideal company for the job. And you know, I was right. Service was simple to discuss, schedule, and execute. We spoke back and forth via Yelp's message feature, at first, and discussed the price. My apartment was 720 sq ft, had one bedroom and was completely vacant at the time of clean. I never met the cleaner because I was at work, however, my apartment was left clean and secure. Everything turned out beautifully. There were a few small spots left ignored, but the carpet was deodorized and cleaned, my sinks were sparkling, my tub and shower were clean, and my stove looked almost immaculate. The inside of my fridge was clean too. They sent me pictures of my cleaning, and I was pleased. I nearly shed a tear because it looked so damn good. ======== WHY NOT 5 STARS? ========= Move-out cleans, as an industry standard, don't seem to include ovens, cabinets, or freezers. Nearly every place I received a quote from wanted an extra $20 - $50 for the oven, as well as additional prices for other extras. I paid extra for the stove to be cleaned out - it was an a la carte, but apparently I did not look at the detailed cleaning list to see whether shelves in the cabinets or freezers were included. They weren't so it was at the time of payment processing (Square) that I discovered what wasn't cleaned. Due to this, I was a little less enthused. However, I will admit that the cleaning lady/admin reached out to me to explain this information was on the website, and that some of their standards of what was included was based on industry norm. I don't have time to double check, so I accepted it as - is, and turned my apartment in. Let me BE SURE to tell you THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK and clean or remedy anything I wasn't satisfied with. They are willing to communicate with you and make sure you get what you've wanted. I didn't call them back because my complex was pleased with the job they did, and informed me that I had a zero balance for apartment damages or issues that needed to be fixed/cleaned. ... So heh, maybe they were right and the little things I worried about actually were insignificant? I would likely work with them again. They're fast, simple, easy to work with, and quick to communicate with, with fair prices. (Because one company wanted $199 and NO.) read more

Not impressed one of the cleaners didn't do what she was asked and so the other lady had to clean up after her. The manager did call later that evening to apologize but no incentive on the price for next time or anything. So I cancelled the next appt. and he didn't want to ask why or anything. So I won't be calling them again. read more

I've had so many bad experiences with cleaning services in the past I couldn't believe how great of a job simply Maid cleaning did! I have my home deep cleaned every year during spring break and this yr my home has never looked this good! Usually I would have to direct other maid service companies to go over areas that are easily over looked like the floor boards or the top vents over my microwave and they took care of it all with out me having to say a word!!!! As most guys, I'm not usually the review type. However, after Mr. Bradley and his team bailed my wife and I out...I feel like I have to. Typical for our household, waiting till the last minute seems to be norm and it almost bit us in the butt over the weekend. We had an amazing party to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday on saturday, totally underestimating the fact that ppl were coming by the next day for Easter dinner. Mr. Bradley and his team, not only came the day of, but cleaned our house better than our 2 cleaning ladies that come every other week! Needless to say, we've since changed cleaning crews and my wife and I STRONGLY recommend Simply Maid Clean. Cheers! read more

Me and my wife plan to retire in the Frisco area and made a small investment into a home that we rent out until we move down (from Florida). With a tenant leaving suddenly and not being in the area at the time, Simply Maid Clean scheduled a house cleaning last minute so I could get the property presentable for another tenant. Besides the attention to detail in the cleaning there are two reasons why I gave this company 5 stars. 1). I was in a hurry and called because I did not want to navigate the website and the gentleman I spoke with (maybe Willie?) read me the fine print of everything covered so I knew what I was getting and paying for. 2). My house was left in a shape I could not clean alone in a weekend trip. The initial price was high but, reasonable because of the condition of the house and I was told/quoted that regular cleanings are a lot cheaper because they do not have to "overhaul" the whole property, just upkeep. read more

My wife hired these ladies to do a "deep clean" of our town home and paid almost twice what a regular maid would charge. The results were disastrous. The day after they were here, she spent almost all day "cleaning" our place. They did not move anything from shelves or mantel to clean or move chairs to vacuum floors. Chair rails and baseboards still covered with dust. Their service was a joke and I highly warn everyone against using them. (Of course they ran to bank with check the first day) read more

They did a phenomenal for us. Their detail to all of the big and small things were second to none. I've had a few cleaning companies come through our but they by far are the best. They showed up on time, they were incredibly, but they didn't miss a spot. The team was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I was a little disappointed in the job done. There were two people, one of whom was in training. The areas she cleaned were not done well. She completely skipped cleaning the shelves in the bathroom and left cobwebs in the shower. The areas where she mopped had wet clumps of dust everywhere. The woman who was training her did a fairly good job. She worked really hard to get some stains out of the shower and the oven. When requesting a quote, I asked for specifically the baseboards to be cleaned, the blinds wet washed, and the refrigerator cleaned. Although the blinds were dusted they were not wetwashed. The refrigerator was not cleaned, and the baseboards were still dirty in several areas. I am not sure that I was charged for these, but I am disappointed because I did ask for these. Both ladies were very nice. The one who had been with the company awhile even got on the floor for a minute to play with my baby. All in all, it was okay, but not worth the money I paid for a deep clean. read more

I used this company recently and was very disappointed in the quality of cleaning that was marketed as a first time "deep clean". Untouched microwave, cleaning product left on walls, bathrooms still dirty and debris in almost every area. My home was 2200sq feet and only 1 person was left behind to clean (2 people arrived but after I left to give them privacy during the cleaning, my son who stayed behind at home told me one of the ladies left right after I did). It wasn't the worst cleaning ever but definitely worse than what I could've done myself for free. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the owner did offer to return to my home to correct these issues however with the degree of problems I had with the cleaning, I had zero confidence that this was a company that I wanted to clean my house on a regular basis. I paid full price for this substandard cleaning with no discount for my dissatisfaction offered. read more
