The gluten free birthday person said "Magnificent!" noting they somehow achieved thin flaky layers of crust without crumbling or being gluey--which is a rare feat. Going in I was greeted with a deli counter with pastries and the smell of fresh baked bread. The baker was curled up on a little rocking chair, cuddled in a blanket. Was the cutest thing I've seen, so had to pick up something. I opted for an assortment of pastries, letting the man behind the counter pick for me. I brought these home and had a little sampling with the girlfriend and the mom.
