Rhonda was super friendly, responsive, and patient as we worked through all the options, the process, the pricing, etc... and helped us schedule the work to be done within just a few days. We were so happy that the project would be completed before guests came to visit during the Christmas holidays. On the appointed day, Adrian arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was very friendly, very diligent, and went over and above to protect the cabinets, walls, and fixtures in the bathroom, as well as the carpet and floors outside the bathroom, from any damage or mess during the work. He spent basically a full work day with us one Day 1, and just a few hours wrapping the project up on the morning of Day 2. Adrian's work was amazing - well beyond our expectations. A brand new tub and wall tiles would not look better than what he was able to achieve. He even replaced the gross bathtub spout with a brand new one which I grabbed from Home Depot. There are cheaper companies out there. We took bids from some of them. But we felt really good about our dealings with Rhonda, and liked the before & after pictures on their website, so were willing to pay a bit more for the work, and we are very glad we did. I can say now that the before & after pictures are totally true, and I am including just a few of my own pictures with this review for them to add to their collection.

He set up initial appointment to come to my house and estimate the work needed, then he texted me asking to change the appointment to another day. On the day of the appointment he texted me last minute saying he's not coming and said the video I sent him is clear enough for him to estimate the work and quote the cost. To make sure he's clear with the work needed, I emphasized repeatedly in the phone call and in the texts about a crack in the bathtub and confirmed with him on how he would fix the crack. After scheduling the appointment for his contract to come and do the work, he again kept changing our appointment for three times!! When his contract finally came to my house, the contractor doesn't even know there's a crack in the bathtub that needs a fix and the contract left without doing anything. John then gave me another quote of $300 more the second day. It's a very disrespectful experience. A waste of time. I had been so flexible with John, because it's not an urgent need in my house.
