The owner is the face of the business and is on site for help which is rare for other business models. During our initial interaction, he was very helpful in finding a unit that would fit both my furniture and my budget. An owner who isn't trying to get over!! Additionally, I enjoy the location since there is very little traffic, statistically resulting in a safer space although there is an access code needed to gain entry into the premises. I was also able to refer a friend who now uses this space in an exterior unit. My unit was interior (climate controlled) so there's an option for that as well. Thanks for your help Munster Stor-all!

They have no respect for you as a customer they will not work with you, if you have a problem, good luck trying to get a hold of anybody. They may call you in 15 minutes or 15 days I would not recommend this horrible place of business to anybody. Keep your money go somewhere else.
