Very nice clean place. I moved in alone late in the evening. Felt very safe and secure in the building. Glad I chose this place.

Therefore, We spent some time Checking Boxex after they went onto the truck to able to ensure that everything went onto the truck. we would have liked some improved Communication Regarding when our Delivery was Scheduled because it did take longer than they initially anticipated for our delivery. While we do not lose or have any of our belongings damaged during the packing/ delivery process. overall, they did accomplish what they needed to in terms of fulfillment of service. Improvement could be made with consistency with pack of Boxex and communication in helping to maintain their Scheduled timing

They didn't give an actual bill and only cited "materials" as the reason for the price change even though I had everything packed in boxes and I even physically helped them get things in to and out of the truck. They also charge a service fee just to be able to pay them. The 2 guys who showed up and moved my stuff we're nice enough but I absolutely would NOT recommend hiring this company.

We had a very concerning experience with Coffey Bros. Moving and would strongly caution others…read more We were initially quoted approximately $3,600 for our move after providing a detailed inventory multiple times and confirming everything in advance. We were reassured the move would take about 8-9 hours with 4 movers and that the total would remain close to that estimate. This move was from one house to another house within a mile of each other in the same neighborhood! On move day, the crew did conduct an inventory at the beginning but did not communicate any changes or provide an updated estimate. They proceeded to load all of our belongings onto the truck. Only after everything was loaded did they inform us that the total had increased to over $13,000 -- more than four times what we were quoted. At that point, they refused to unload any of our belongings unless we paid in full. Even after we paid approximately $12,000, they still would not begin unloading until additional payment was made. This happened late at night with all of our possessions on their truck, leaving us with no real option. We asked to speak with a supervisor to understand the charges. Although he was placed on speakerphone, he refused to speak with us or explain why the cost had increased so dramatically. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly required to sign documents on a phone that we could not properly review, and they would not explain what we were signing. We were told we had to sign to continue while under pressure due to a strict move-out deadline. The final bill included many concerning charges, including: * Repeated charges for the same items/services (exercise equipment, Peloton, TVs, glass handling) * Significant material charges (e.g., dozens of rolls of tape and excessive wrapping) that we did not authorize and explicitly asked them not to use * Additional services that were not clearly disclosed in advance *They broke our new storm door and our master King Bed Frame. At the end of the move, we were also required to provide photographs of our credit card and identification, which took over an hour. We never agreed to this beforehand and felt extremely uncomfortable given the circumstances. Overall, this experience felt highly pressured and not transparent. The final cost was dramatically higher than what was represented, and we were not given a fair opportunity to review or approve charges before being required to pay. If we did not pay in full, we were not getting our materials. I began to fear for my kids and my safety. I have never been in such a terrifying pressuring situation that I was completely taken advantage of!

This review is from 2018 - I am sure a lot has changed:)…read more I used Gab-it-out last summer to organize garage before going back to work after summer break. They did a wonderful job of going through things, putting things in places and offering suggestions on different ways to store things. I am a teacher with many materials to go through, by the end of the second day the frustration and annoyance from whole team was very evident. What started as an organized book by category sorting ended with a general box of books thrown together in to non-specific categories. However, after they left when I continued the process myself using areas they had organized I was shocked to discover that they had not wiped off or cleaned the shelves or containers before putting organized materials back on shelves (garage 5 plus years of dirt/grim). They did a wonderful job of organizing but I am continued to be reminded every time I go to find something how absolutely filthy everything was after they left last summer. Knowing that I have to go back to remove and than redo all the work I had already paid for. This has made enjoying the organized space that was left filthy makes the end result much harder to enjoy, I have not yet had the time or energy to remove everything again and clean. When and if I do I will again be reminded of the disappointment felt, the money and time I spent to use their services.

I highly recommend the Gab It Out organizers. Owner Linda and a colleague Laura were enthusiastic,…read moreattentive, and really listened well. They worked quickly and efficiently. It helped so much that Linda offered an initial free on-site consultation to learn more about me and my situation and evaluate my problem areas in person. On our later appointment date and on their own initiative, they brought with them a plastic organizer and 3-tier metal storage shelving which worked perfectly for my needs. Several weeks after the session, Linda dropped off a bulletin board to help with my focus needs. This kind of proactive and kind act showed me they really care about fulfilling the client's expressed (and unexpressed!) needs. I am happy to have found the help I needed! Thank you, Linda and Laura! Sheila Forest Park, Illinois
