She spoke to us as if we were nobody and couldn't answer a single question we asked. The place is infested with mice/rats and they are doing nothing is correct the issue. Our unit has mice droppings everywhere and when you complain about you're treated as if it's an inconvenience for them to deal with you. They raise the rent every few months so the least they could do is keep the rodents out. Disgusting.

They also had to manually hoist my mattress, wooden desk, and wooden file cabinet up to the second floor. The only stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They securely wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment. 2 of the guys also helped me put together some Metro shelving because the TV had to be placed on it. They were very professional and extremely efficient.

I'd recommend having a detailed moving inventory to ensure you receive an accurate estimate. The detailed inventory will also assist in identifying any missing items upon delivery. When I initially called to get a quote, I was given one number by one person. I agreed to that rate and received my confirmation after giving my down payment. The day before my move, I still hadn't heard from them regarding what time the movers would arrive. When I called to inquire, I was told that my original quote was wrong and that I would have to pay around $200 more. I was irritated, but was already set to move the next day, so I agreed to the new quote from this new person. The movers arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time (not their fault, once again the fault of the company), and they were LOVELY. Such nice men, friendly, and did an excellent job. After they had finished, I received a call from yet again a different person asking to settle my payment. This time, it was FIVE HUNDRED more than my initial quote. I was baffled. I explained to this new person my situation, what the previous two people had told me, and why I certainly wasn't going to agree to pay that much more. She understood, talked to someone else, and lowered the price back down closer to my 2nd quote (still higher than the original). I would never recommend this company. The movers themselves were so wonderful, but sadly dealing with everything that company put me through was not worth it.

They still moved everything without any issues and they didn't even make a mess. The guys were polite and helpful and before they left they made sure everything was exactly where I wanted. The head mover then inspected everything for damage including my walls but there was none to be found. They had my furniture in storage for a month but since they wrapped everything it all remained clean and smell free. The movers also handled the move of the people out of the house we bought a I had recommended them during the inspection. They said at the closing the movers were very helpful and they told their agent they would recommend them to his other clients. I trust them enough that I referred them to my boss. They are moving her parents in a few weeks. Moving always depends on the crew and the management and they both seemed like they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough good things about them. If I ever move again they will be my first call.

Truck was too small for my things, too tall for the storage unit to get in, no care with my things. The movers removed everything from the studio and ensured the equipment was well protected before loading it onto the moving truck. Building management took some time to clear a loading area for our pickup, but the crew used that time to arrange the boxes and ready the furniture instead of standing around. When we arrived at the new property, they first brought the studio equipment to the room they had designated for it, then moved on to the furniture in the home. The larger wardrobe had to be adapted a little to fit through the door, and they took their time and didn't rush. Although there were some unexpected challenges, the crew handled them without creating stressful situations.

Upon loading the piano, it was firmly positioned, and no vibrations were experienced during transport, which could have thrown it out of pitch or damaged the piano. The team had to navigate another awkward doorway at our new house and again took great care to ensure the piano arrived undamaged. They placed it just where we wanted it in our new Living Room to us, knowing what we were looking for.
