Nope, wont do that, asked if I could buy a whole other set and get discounted for the value of the single bottle? Nope, they wouldn't do that. The girl called for a manager. A guy named Cedric came and refused to help. In fact, he had a HUGE chip on his shoulder over the situation, in spite of the fact that I brought the packaging with it with the barcode and he could have easily got another sale out of it. I went back a few weeks later and the same manager was staring at me like I was a shoplifter or something. It was awful. I absolutely won't be back, but that's probably how they want it. I was treated how you would treat someone who you wanted to know you didn't want them back. I didn't have my receipt (I had the card I paid with, which they wouldn't look up, even though I literally returned an item like a decade ago, and thats EXACTLY how they looked up my purchase). I found the receipt once I got home, but didn't bother going back. It literally wasn't worth the gas at that point to make a second trip. Their prices are ludicrous too. You think, oh prices are going up because the cost to ship is going up, but they've literally retagged items that were already in the store with higher prices. Very slimy vibe.

I needed souvenirs to buy for my co-workers back home and I didn't want to just hit up the airport gift shop on my way out. I wanted to support local businesses who make vintage quality souvenir magnets - similar to what you'd find at the airport but not at the airport. I was with my friend on a brisk Friday evening and we stumbled upon this place. We had asked around for souvenir shops in the vicinity, but ended up here at Roeda Studios. They actually had what I wanted here and thankful that I didn't have to go all over Ann Arbor to get it. In hindsight, Detroit airport didn't have much anyway and I was glad that I came here for souvenirs. We entered around 6pm, exhausted after searching through 3 nearby shops. When the cashier told us they carried Michigan inspired souvenirs, I was happy and thankful that the search was over. Roeda Studios is one of those stores that carries an assortment of trinkets and cute household things that you can decorate your home or office with. There's plenty of Michigan inspired items along with some University of Michigan logo items too. The store itself is very organized and meticulously clean. I found a metal tiered tray that I have wanted forever! Reasonable prices and local. Love love love supporting local shops. Great items that would make good gifts for the holiday or housewarming parties. Their Facebook page lists their sales and events. I'm looking forward to when Susan changes over to Christmas decor. There was jewelry crafted from antique jewels, jewelry made from auto parts that was surprisingly beautiful and helps abuse survivors. Got a sweet tooth check the cooler for large ice cream sandwiches. There are two levels and something for everyone. The Brix soda is from Grand Rapids and the pomegranate Lemonade was very good.
