I dropped off my wheels on Tuesday for mounting and balancing and was told they'd be ready the next…read moreday. I even took a PTO day to put the motorcycle back together based on that timeline. On Wednesday at 1:30pm, I had to call myself and was told they weren't doing them due to "inventory issues"--something that was never communicated when I dropped them off. I finally got a call Thursday saying they were ready, but due to the commute without a motorcycle I couldn't make it before closing. When I picked them up Saturday, only the front tire had been balanced. When I asked why, I was told to speak to the manager, who claimed the rear "didn't need weights"--even though the old weights (covered in brake dust) were still on the wheel. After pushing back, they rechecked it and suddenly the wheel needed new weights. That alone is concerning, but it didn't stop there. When I got home, neither tire was set anywhere near the correct PSI. Overall, this was a frustrating experience: poor communication, incomplete work, and questionable quality control. I've bought multiple tires from this shop over the years and ride about 19,000 miles annually, but the service and quality have clearly gone downhill. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.

Shortly after getting it, I took the bike to Harley Pacheco to get everything dialed in and road-ready. I ended up having around $3,000 worth of work done to make sure the bike was solid. After that, I stored the bike, starting it occasionally and taking it on short rides. Fast forward to March--while doing a pre-ride inspection before a planned trip, I discovered an oil leak. With my ride scheduled for the very next day, I was definitely panicking, especially since I had recently had work done on the primary. I contacted Jake in service and explained the situation. They were able to get me in the very same day I called. They replaced the primary seal along with the drain plug and O-ring at zero cost, which was a huge relief. Thanks to their quick response and standing behind their work, I was able to leave for my trip directly from the dealership. They truly saved the day. The ride went great, and the bike performed flawlessly the entire time. Thank you to the team at Harley Pacheco for the outstanding service and for standing behind your work.
