I've been taking my cars to Devious Designs for the last 15 years and have followed the shop through a couple different locations over the years. Danny has worked on my Toyota Camry, Cadillac Escalade, and most recently my Lincoln Nautilus. Obviously I'm a terrible driver , so I've kept them pretty busy! They do beautiful work and don't just do custom paint. Their body work is great too, and they handle everything with the insurance company, which makes the whole process so much easier. I've been going back for 15 years because I trust Danny and his team and know the work is going to be done right. They've always taken great care of me. Had some work finished from another shop who didn't do what they said they would. Had Devious design prime and paint my motorcycle fender. Did a overall nice job. BUT, missed several spots under seam on both sides. Looks like missed wiping all the wax off. Hoping one of those scratch pens work covering it up. Just unlucky in Vegas! read more

I was rear ended and came here based on reviews. The repaint on my car looked OK for the first summer. After the second summer it looked yellow (car is supposed to be pearl white). Also they did not measure anything to check for frame damage. read more

Danny and his team at Devious Designs are fantastic! From small jobs to big, you can count on quality work, amazing customer service, and fair pricing. Although I only came in for a minor body repair on my car after a fender bender, he and his staff treated me just as courteously as they would have a custom paint job. And speaking of custom paint- WOW!! The shop is gorgeous, and you can see examples of some of their awesome work on display. Beyond that, the shop is clean (with clean bathrooms, which you don't often see in auto shops, but makes a difference to me). I had a tricky issue with my '71 International. I had some body damage that required skilled paint and bodywork, AND Raul had the genius insight as to how to address the root of the issue, which is a longer story. Just know that Raul's problem solving for my International far exceeded what I thought was possible. And all of the repairs were done on time and on budget (which was VERY reasonable). Special shout out to Raul, Jaimie, Trinity and Danny, the shop owner. I'm so stoked to have found this shop. Danny... you're the $hit!! It is rare to receive quality service or assistance anywhere, anymore. Your business has been working with me as I attempt to correct a show car, damaged from a towing company, stuck in a legal battle for 2 years now. I had another small concern with another vehicle of mine, today. Danny jumped up and said, "Let's check it out to see what's really going on!" I was told by other "experts" that part of my car's clear-coat finish was peeling away. Not being a body guy, looking at it myself, I could definitely see how it appeared as if that was exactly what was happening. Danny took one quick look at it and was like, "That's just some accidental over-spray bro!" Really? I tell him it looks like an area where a thin layer is missing, to me anyway. Danny straight said, "Give me a couple minutes and I'll take care of it for ya!" I was appreciative of the offer, but it looked to possibly be an insurance matter. That, and I wasn't prepared to be spending money on bodywork, just like that. Danny told me not to worry about it. He said he'd take care of it for me, "Don't worry about it!" You sure? "Yea!" Danny and one of his techs went to it and in less than 10 minutes, what I was educated to believe was peeling clear, actually was some kind of nasty over-spray, just as Danny had told me right off the bat! The area was cleaned and polished up like new and as if there were never an issue! I am so happy I ran into Danny again, today! It truly made my day! One less thing to be on my mind and worry about. Thank you Danny, thank you to the tech that helped cut/buff/polish the body panel where the concern was, and thank you everyone at Devious!! My boyfriend got into two different minor accidents. so his right, front fender and back bumper had damages. He took his MATTE GREY Hyundai Veloster 2015 to this place because they said they could get the paint the RIGHT way. Now when he went to pick it up, he thought it didn't look bad. When I got into his car, I noticed immediately it did not look right. AND there was paint on the WINDOW. My bf disregard it. Fine. Whatever. But as time went on, it got worse and worse. Now, when it came to the service, throughout the wait for his car to be done, the guy who did his car seemed...like he knew he fucked up. Like He knew he didn't do a good job. BUT GOT SO LUCKY BECAUSE MY BF IS SUCH A NICE GUY. This guy was named Danny I believed. And this happened around march or April in 2016. Til this day I'm like man. I know it's too late to do anything about It. But Every year I would tell my bf to go back there and he never did. And my bf paid over 3 grand for this mess. Driving a badly painted car with a blotch of paint on the passenger window. Reminding me, that I should have been with him when he picked it up so that I could have said something. because obviously, there was an elephant in the room, and that elephant, was the car. I wasn't going to submit a Yelp review due to the fact I was referred by someone else to come here. I didn't have a gun held to my head nor was I forced. I was respectfully going to sweep this under the rug, but the amount of things I'm still finding a week later after getting my car back I feel I need to speak up. That being said....Communication gets ZERO stars from me. I got ONE phone call the two and a half weeks my car was in this shop. When I followed up from that one phone call I did receive the story was exactly the same. I felt lied to. When you take your car somewhere after a car accident I felt like I was trusting these people to be on my side and fix my car. Yet I was informed when I picked my car up that they fixed my car based off an estimate that was worked up by a video call taken from my cell phone of the exterior of my car only. So they didn't look for anything else besides what was on a piece of paper. I wouldn't be near as disappointed if they would have called me and said "Hey, I tried to submit your bumper but they were going to total your car." That was told to me when I had to return to have a lug nut put onto my car they forgot. It would have been nice to know before I sat down in my car to discover that my battery had died while it was there. I get it! Cars sit for an extended period of time and if their batteries are on the older side, They die. I get it, but if someone would have just reached out to let me know what to expect when I picked up my car I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am. The most frustrating part of the entire thing that after seeing the inside of my car and how much bondo dust was all over it still that they were willing to let me drive away without a fully detailed cleaning. I gotta say I'm trully impressed with this place. I was recommended by a friend to repair a quarter sized dent on my Harley that needed paint and slight putty. My buddy told me to see Danny (shop owner) upon walking in I was instantly greeted by him as I walked through the door. I got several quotes before I came to him, he took one look and gave me a solid price. Also said he would have it ready by Friday (this was Tuesday). Friday came around and I received a call from a gale that told me my tank was ready for pick up. Since I work Fridays she offered me to pick it up next day Saturday. There closed Saturday but she came in specifically for me so I could pick up my tank. The work came out great. Very Impressed but more impressed on the customer service how it came so naturally. Hello This guy I thought was a friend of a friends..I thought first warning sign lol..I dropped off my dodge 1500 2013 ram with suspension and front end damage.aprox 8k .I was paying cash so he allowed me to pay as we went..my truck was in his shop 5 months I paid approx 4k for suspension work..the f4ame was still bent and also needed more body work.I d3xided I wasn't coming up with money fast enough so I had it towed to my house..THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING AND FUCKED UP...when I got my truck back i was MISSING the following items.FRONT SEATS,SPARE TIRE,OIL DIPSTICK ,HARNESS THAT HOLDS MY BATTERY ,ALSO THERE IS A BIG ASS DENT IN MY TAILGATE about 3 inches deep a gash....He said He wasn't responsible because I didn't pick it up in time I never received 1 call..I would have definitely got it if I knew he was gonna leave it unlocked and in front of his shop for months while he had possession of keys...He did install the new seats I PAID FOR...Not sure where I'm gonna go with all this as I keep finding shit missing off my truck...Consulting an attorney as we speak read more
