This is the worst Dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. I went in inquiring about a bike. They wrote me up a legit offer an out the door offer that I thought was good without my knowledge my wife and daughter went down and purchased a bike for my birthday. The prices I was quoted went out the window. They got my daughter and my wife for an additional $6000 more than they should've paid it's a joke. I've talked to more people that have gone through the same experience with this company. My next move I believe is gonna be seeking legal help because there's no way you can take a $9400 bike and charge somebody $20,000 for it. read more

I came in to check out the Ducati Monster SP. The salesman, Ritchey, was very welcoming and took the time to understand my needs as a rider. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and even arranged for me to take a test ride (these bikes have a lot of juice so I understand why they don't give test rides freely). The team was super flexible with my schedule and when I decided to buy, they made the process so painless. It took less time than shopping for groceries. I wanted a couple Ducati accessories installed, which they did in very short order before I even picked up my bike. Ritchey checked in with me multiple times to ask if I had any questions about the bike. The whole experience was just fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Had a few great experiences with the team over here at Ducati the past month. Although the first 2-3 visits I didn't buy a bike and just a few parts for my 749R, Cody and Xavier seemed more focused on building a relationship with me than selling me something since I was already a Ducati owner. I got the feeling that they just wanted me to know they were there for me if I needed anything Ducati related. A little bit later I was shopping for a new Ducati and I felt as if they wanted the business more than another local dealer as Cody was very prompt to answer my questions without any pressure and even offered a test ride. I did end up buying a bike on my fourth visit to the store. Armed with a competitive quote from another dealer, I walked in and told Cody I wanted to buy if we could make it work. Within 30mins we had a deal worked out, the numbers were clear cut and laid out simply showing all the details of the exact price breakdown. Other dealers tend to hide these numbers from you as long as they can. I appreciated them being upfront as it saves time. The only downside I will mention with this is I did not want the battery protection plan as I'll replace it with a Shorai anyways. If Ride Now corporate is listening, STOP FORCING this on your customers. Yamaha lost $40k on a sale to me last year because I didn't want the battery protection. This deal was so good though, I let it slide this time around although it's money lost to me as I'll never use the plan as it's a pain to use anyways. It's easier for me to just buy a new battery and install it myself. Anyways, they were quick to get the bike back to service for the inspection, and Cody was quick to get me the paperwork and I liked that we did it in the open on the floor and not in some office and there was no pressure to buy add-ons I didn't need/want but Cody was great at explaining them to me when I had questions. Although I will say, they do need more comfortable seating. Most dealers have a small lounge area with a couch or comfortable chairs. For a high-end dealer, they need this. Xavier did my walkthrough and accurately described the bike's features and answered my questions quickly. Xavier and Cody definitely know the Ducati product well and the small differences between the years and models, which is important to me. I'm happy to say I have a relationship with both of them now and I know they will take care of me and my bikes well into the future. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Overall a very personalized "white glove" experience. Eric, the GM even dropped by before I left to make sure everything was good and that I was happy a nice touch. Thanks again boys! read more

Am Sorry buy this place has gone down hill so much from the service to the atmosphere. So sad this is Ducati no Harley, Ducati use to mean something. I have purchased 4 bikes from this place and I won't buy another one until realize that Ducati means something. I stop there the other day and stood in there for 20 mins without anyone asking if we need help and even after that I had to seek help from a guy named Ryan that looked like he should have been working in the back of the shop not a sale man or maybe work on the Indian side of things. Just not professional at all, very rude didn't give to shits about us look annoyed we asked him questions about a bike that my friend was willing to leave with that day but he was so turned off by this guys Attitude they we just ended up leaving. Now on another note one guy which we don't remember his name (mixed or black guy ) was very professional and polite but it was too late we already had a bad taste in our mouth. *This is an update since my last review* I received two phone calls the next day after my postings. The first was from Ride Now Corp which turned out to be nothing more than the usual follow-up call all dealerships give customers in regards to their visit/satisfaction, but while on the phone with them, a Steve Walker from the Ducati dealer called. He told me he would do all he can to make right the previous visit. I was skeptical but i figured i would at least give him a chance.. **I went in today (a week from the last visit) and i have to say i really drunk this guy's Kool-aid. He showed his knowledge of bikes and the different levels of rider experience in regards to them. In regards to the ad that started all this, he did not get the price exactly to what it was, but to be fair aside from fees and taxes it was "damn" close. I actually chose a different bike since he seemed to hit my price point on the head. Even after i felt he had redeemed Ducati, he still wanted me to see and try out other bikes to consider for my level of experience. We were done so he could have wrapped it all up at that point and he didnt. Easily the worst ducati dealer in the entire country. Im not sure if Mike still works here, but he is a blatant liar. Told me the warranty work was completely covered by ducati and i had nothing to worry about, when in reality ducati never approved the warranty and Mike was just blatantly lying. After having to threaten legal action against ducati, they eventually covered everything after i had to fight for myself to corporate. Mike also lied about them hiring a new master mechanic when that never actually happened. They overfilled the oil which is a giant mistake that leads to huge problems with the V4 platform. After i brought it in to have that corrected i was treated in the most insulting way by a disgusting woman who works in the left side office cubicle. She is not only rude, but genuinely insulting toward customers. I was warned by other ducati riders to avoid this place at all costs, but i needed my own experience before i could do that since this is the only ducati we have near vegas. Just read what people say in the ducati riders of las vegas facebook group, plenty of people have experienced how disturbingly terrible this dealer is, and what a liability it is doing business here or getting any work done. read more

I've been servicing my 950 Multistrada here since 2017 when I purchased the bike from them. It's nice that everytime I visit the dealership I'm greeted by Xavier by name. X always has time to answer any questions I may have and has a perpetual smile on his face. I just had my bike receive it's 3rd scheduled service (yes I really ride it!) and couldn't be more pleased. Will is the tech who works on it and does a good thorough job; very pleased. When I was first purchasing my bike I had a difficult deal I had to cut with Steve. I was upside down on a HD and needed a Multistrada to ride from Vegas to Dawson City in the Yukon over all types of surfaces. Steve didn't hesitate and was able to put together a deal that was acceptable. Thanks Steve! I can't say enough about the Ducati 950 Multistrada. Riding from Vegas, It has seen the wilds of Alaska, the Yukon Territory in Canada, and many many miles of dirt, gravel and sketchy paved roads. I don't believe in writing reviews, BUT. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Ducati Las Vegas. I called in after my moving company inflicted unnecessary damage on my clutch pedal. After talking to X, we figure out that my bike needed a more extensive service than I had described to him. He gave me an honest estimate of what to expect, in terms of timeline and cost. I got my bike back when he said I would, despite it needing new tires (good looking out). Even though I called 30 times to check in because I just wanted to get back on my damn bike, he was very patient with me. Cody in sales is also a good dude. Great jokes and he recognized me and remembered despite my mask when I came back in a week later, based on our one interaction. It's nice knowing that in a new city, I can rely on my bike dealer. Also, they gave me a free bottle of water both times I came in. It's the little things. read more

I'll start off by saying I drove 4 hrs to go to Ducati of Las Vegas and it was a good experience initially but that change after my purchase. I made some high end purchases for my V2 and though I was provided with all the parts and information I needed, I was wrong and trying to get a hold of someone to get a straight answer is a nightmare. They treated me great during the process and while I was there but once I was gone that was that. When I spend too dollar for parts I expect all of the parts that are included with that specific part. If you take of something from that part I do expect to be notified or the part provided to me so I can choose what should be done with said part. Also when being given specific instructions on how to doing something with a specific part but coming to find out after completing a specific instruction it was incorrect and cannot be reversed. I've reached out to original salesman and another at the dealership since with no direct answers. To top things off the only info I was given was that they cleaned out recently and said part may have been discarded is a major problem for me. You can just go and buy these parts you have to get them through Ducati and Ducati only. So for now I'm giving them a rating of 1 Star and I'll update if anything changes. read more

Had first service done on V4S wasn't happy, I called right at 9am when they opened on Tuesday Aug 20th to see if they could do my first service. Talked to X and he said it would take about 3hrs to complete and that I could bring it in at 3pm and they would for sure have it finished before closing. I said deal. I ended up bringing it by around noon as I wasn't doing anything and headed that way so I dropped it off. Thinking maybe it could get done earlier. I asked to have pegs installed as well. X wrote up a contract 3 separate times because in the first 2 he wanted me to sign the okay if any damage was done not their fault for pegs. I said we agreed on possible minor scratches on heat shield at most not the okay to break anything. He was annoyed and had to redo it again but trying to be so specific on exactly what could go wrong and wanting the okay of damage was done to me was overboard. He also stated well I'm going to charge you for 15mins of labor to put them on. Even though they have to drop the exhaust as part of the service to check a seal (terminogni full exhaust) meaning the exhaust would be out of the way and plenty of room to install pegs with no issues so it takes 15mins to screw in 4 bolts??. To me petty and greedy. I'm spending $500 on a service and you couldn't throw the pegs which was "15mins" as a curtesy while you're dropping the pipe anyway? So I was already getting frustrated by the small things they are doing such as charging for something small and making 3 different contracts specifying the okay for damages. I've never had these issues at other dealers before. I should be getting better service considering the money and brand I'm involved with not worse.. Needless to say I finished signing and was on my way. 5pm rolls around and I'm waiting for a call to come pickup the bike. Around 5:30 X calls me and tells me sorry bike won't be done today the mechanic didn't realize they have to let the oil sit for 2 hours to make sure it's filled. Now I'm irritated because that means they didn't start the bike even at 3pm when I was supposed to bring it in. I was told it would be done today and it was my only day off this week. He said they could deliver it. But I'm working 10am-6pm all week. He said the earliest they could deliver would be around noon. I asked to speak to general manager Steve and I told him what was going on and he said "well how much time do you have today?" I said well I've been waiting for my bike my plan was to pick it up by 6. He puts me on hold and comes back a few mins later and said can you swing by around 7:30-8 and I'll have my mechanic stay over and get it done. I told him no I have things planned later. He responded "I'm sorry I thought you said you where free" I thought this was super rude and I told him yeah I'm free until 6pm not all night. If this was the case why tell me it's going to be done today and why didn't your trained mechanic know this about oil or maybe start this at the beginning of the service?? Steve then said well the best we can do is have it delivered for you. I told him I'm not going to be home at any time all week for me to either get the bike or be there to drop off. I'm also 25mins away. He said is there anyone we can have it delivered too? I said the only person would be my girlfriend but once again a huge inconvenience now because I have to ask someone else to wait around for the delivery of my bike. They made it seem like no big deal and made no effort to help the situation. I ended up getting the bike the following day thanks to my girlfriend waiting around for them for 2hrs because that's the "best window" of time they could give. On top of all this my oil light was on when I got the bike and X was like" o no big deal just swing by and we can reset it." Well it is a big deal I spent $500 for service and you made me wait an extra day and the oil light is still on??? So all in all long story but terrible customer service. I tried calling corporate but they said each shop is independently owned and they can't do anything. Which was super annoying because no one wanted to help or do anything about it. Then Steve the general manager calls me back 9-18-19 after reaching out to some contacts and we discussed the whole situation again. Not sure why. He didn't do anything the first time and he didn't care this time again talking to him.... His response was saying "well yes we did poor planning but there's nothing we can do and you're already set in your mind that you're unhappy." I laughed I'm only set in my mind because you did nothing to compensate or make the situation better. This is the general manager saying this and not caring pathetic.. Pretty much if you have an issue guess what "they're only human"So don't be upset that they don't want to help. read more

I hate to write this review because I love Ducati and hoped when they came back to Vegas a while ago it would be good but I have had multiple problems with this location. I took my 17 monster in back in may because it was having electrical issues and I said hey change the oil too while you're at it. I get a call back saying everything's done no issues. I go to pick up my bike and they said oils changed and no issues with electrical. I asked what they did to try to duplicate the problem and they said they took it for a test ride. Charged me $165 bucks for "diagnostics"... they rode my bike 5 miles and called it diagnostics and couldn't find anything. I said okay paid them and left, 2 miles later my electrical started messing up again. So I took it back and explained what happened and that I am not paying for diagnostics again because they didn't do anything before. Weeks go by with no word, I had to call them over and over saying they couldn't get it to replicate when I told them when I dropped it off both times that it was doing it right then and I sent video of the problem and told them exactly what I was doing when it would happen. They finally got it to replicate after I said fine I will come down and ride my bike and show you, they declined then they were able to get it to duplicate. Week after week went by me calling and them saying they're getting around to it promising a call back and never getting it. Then they weren't able to find the problem so they just decided to replace the entire wiring harness giving me a date of completion but never happened. So finally almost 5 months after I originally brought my bike in its done and they said they wanted to take it for a couple rides to make sure they got the problem, which I appreciate. I go to pick up my bike and its filthy, my new grips covered in oil and just enough fuel to get me home. The manager offered to wipe my bike down which i agreed but what is going on? After all this and you give the bike back looking like crap and no gas? I'm guessing they knew I wouldn't be coming back so they cut their losses. I'm disappointed I love Ducatis but the service is terrible and their prices here are nonsense. I will gladly do the 6 hour drive to salt lake for anything else I need to avoid this place. I am sure the staff is run thin and it being owned by Ride Now probably doesn't help. read more

You should definitely avoid this place at all costs, unless of course you hate easy transactions or owning stuff you paid for. If that's the case this dealership is wonderful for you. Paid cash in full for a motorcycle in may 2022, as of writing this I still don't have the title for it. Ducati Las Vegas has personally seen to it to screw up the paperwork not once, not even twice, but 4 separate times. At every step of this endeavor they have blamed me, ex employees, the dmv, the dmv again, and just generally anyone they could except of course themselves. 3 months after buying the motorcycle I had neither an EDRS or the paperwork to retitle, after reaching out they blamed someone who had been fired, issued me an EDRS from the original sale date, told me that I was on the hook for the late fee's and to kick rocks, and then screwed up the first round of paperwork, after consistently following up with them multiple times for MONTHS, and getting nothing except "the dmv must have lost it, we'll check on it and get back to you" I involved the DMV special investigations, suddenly they realized they made a mistake! Wow, like magic. After that they resubmitted the paperwork and promised a personal apology to me, over a year after buying the bike. Surprise, they screwed it up again and failed to ever reach out to me directly. After finally being personally babysat by a special investigator they managed to get it right. A grand total of 4 tries (including the phantom submission that they should have done at the time of purchase!), 3 follow ups from the DMV, and 16 months later I finally have a title for a motorcycle that I paid IN FULL for on the way. Still no apology. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had buying literally anything, especially something that costs thousands of dollars. A spectacular display of ball dropping, incompetency, and a general lack of accountability or willingness to accept and own up to mistakes. Never, ever, buy from this place because I promise you they will ruin your motorcycle experience. read more

We got off to a rough start since I arrived hot and tired at 4:00 after riding 1200 miles in two days from Dallas to Las Vegas. About half the miles were in rain the other half in heat. Initially, I felt a little pushed to complete the deal before I had yet received a solid trade value on my motorcycle. However, everything settled down on my part. Everyone was very nice and professional. They gave me a very fair trade value on my motorcycle and a fair price on the motorcycle I was buying. However, after signing all of the papers my bank had not released the funds for the purchase. It was after hours so the deal had to wait until the next day. Jason was very patient with the no money situation. I felt bad for him and Shawn as it was getting late. I had no transportation back to my hotel since my motorcycle was already inside and blocked by several other motorcycles. The salesman, Shawn, said he would take me to my hotel. Which he did and bought me diner too. Talk about going the extra mile. The next morning after calling the bank my funds were released and I rode home on my practically brand new motorcycle. They treated me very well. I would do business again with them. I am very satisfied with the deal and the motorcycle plus the full tank of fuel. Great people. read more

From the first inquiry and questions answered, I knew I was hooked on Ducati. Cody Williams has a charm to put you at ease and make you feel at home, while Xavier Ortega has enough information on everything two wheels to last you a lifetime and more. It's a friendly atmosphere for all who enter, and I hope to make this one of my regular stops along the way.
