I came in to check out the Ducati Monster SP. The salesman, Ritchey, was very welcoming and took the time to understand my needs as a rider. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and even arranged for me to take a test ride (these bikes have a lot of juice so I understand why they don't give test rides freely). The team was super flexible with my schedule and when I decided to buy, they made the process so painless. It took less time than shopping for groceries. I wanted a couple Ducati accessories installed, which they did in very short order before I even picked up my bike. Ritchey checked in with me multiple times to ask if I had any questions about the bike. The whole experience was just fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you want the best bike and a no-bullshit buying experience, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by Ducati Las Vegas.

Had a few great experiences with the team over here at Ducati the past month. Although the first 2-3 visits I didn't buy a bike and just a few parts for my 749R, Cody and Xavier seemed more focused on building a relationship with me than selling me something since I was already a Ducati owner. I got the feeling that they just wanted me to know they were there for me if I needed anything Ducati related. A little bit later I was shopping for a new Ducati and I felt as if they wanted the business more than another local dealer as Cody was very prompt to answer my questions without any pressure and even offered a test ride. I did end up buying a bike on my fourth visit to the store. Armed with a competitive quote from another dealer, I walked in and told Cody I wanted to buy if we could make it work. Within 30mins we had a deal worked out, the numbers were clear cut and laid out simply showing all the details of the exact price breakdown. Other dealers tend to hide these numbers from you as long as they can. I appreciated them being upfront as it saves time. The only downside I will mention with this is I did not want the battery protection plan as I'll replace it with a Shorai anyways. If Ride Now corporate is listening, STOP FORCING this on your customers. Yamaha lost $40k on a sale to me last year because I didn't want the battery protection. This deal was so good though, I let it slide this time around although it's money lost to me as I'll never use the plan as it's a pain to use anyways. It's easier for me to just buy a new battery and install it myself. Anyways, they were quick to get the bike back to service for the inspection, and Cody was quick to get me the paperwork and I liked that we did it in the open on the floor and not in some office and there was no pressure to buy add-ons I didn't need/want but Cody was great at explaining them to me when I had questions. Although I will say, they do need more comfortable seating. Most dealers have a small lounge area with a couch or comfortable chairs. For a high-end dealer, they need this. Xavier did my walkthrough and accurately described the bike's features and answered my questions quickly. Xavier and Cody definitely know the Ducati product well and the small differences between the years and models, which is important to me. I'm happy to say I have a relationship with both of them now and I know they will take care of me and my bikes well into the future. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Overall a very personalized "white glove" experience. Eric, the GM even dropped by before I left to make sure everything was good and that I was happy a nice touch. Thanks again boys!

The staff (Ryan, Matt) was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely comeback to buy my next motorcycle.

Staw away from these greedy thieves. Offered me 3500$ for a bike worth upwards of 8k and another 3500$ for a brand new dirtbike with less than 10 original hours on it. Look up greed in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of this janky dealership.

I've been servicing my 950 Multistrada here since 2017 when I purchased the bike from them. It's nice that everytime I visit the dealership I'm greeted by Xavier by name. X always has time to answer any questions I may have and has a perpetual smile on his face. I just had my bike receive it's 3rd scheduled service (yes I really ride it!) and couldn't be more pleased. Will is the tech who works on it and does a good thorough job; very pleased. When I was first purchasing my bike I had a difficult deal I had to cut with Steve. I was upside down on a HD and needed a Multistrada to ride from Vegas to Dawson City in the Yukon over all types of surfaces. Steve didn't hesitate and was able to put together a deal that was acceptable. Thanks Steve! I can't say enough about the Ducati 950 Multistrada. Riding from Vegas, It has seen the wilds of Alaska, the Yukon Territory in Canada, and many many miles of dirt, gravel and sketchy paved roads. It has been a great ride and I will continue to have many more great adventures on it. Thank you Ducati for making such a great bike!!

Huge thanks to Ducati Las Vegas. I had an outstanding experience with Cody and "X". Cody worked out virtually all the details over the phone with me, so when I got there, it was essentially a sign-and-drive experience. This was huge for us, as we were coming from 2.5 hours away, and had to leave by a specific time. Cody was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process, and was very helpful in getting me my dream bike. "X" did the most complete walk through over the controls/menus/operation I've ever experienced, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially these 2 gentlemen to anyone who's interested, especially those looking for a friendly and helpful atmosphere!

Absolutely thrilled with the experience of buying a bike from here. Chris my sales guy was top notch! I came into the store with a good idea of what I wanted. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He was NOT a typical pushy sales person ( I tend to hate these) . He didn't try to up-sell me or try to pressure me to do add-on packages or upgrades. All he wanted was to make sure I was happy and was getting my dream bike. Ryan in financing was amazing as well. I am a small business owner and banks can be weird about giving out loans. He worked really hard to make sure I had no difficulties getting the loan and made sure it was a great one as well! Erik the general sales manager also reached out to make sure that I was completely happy with my experience. They all went above and beyond to make me feel like family. This is now my go to place for bikes & accessories. I also was not comfortable riding the bike on the freeway home for my first time on it. So no problem they delivered it right to my door free of charge! I highly recommend checking this place out and seeing if any of these beautiful bikes could be your dream bike. The team there will take good care of you!

Cody is the guy you'll talk to and he's awesome. Chill, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to contact via email or phone. Finding mechanics to work on bikes older than 10 years is hard enough already but what a great place motozone is to get work done. Pricing is very reasonable too. FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. I noticed some oil underneath my truck the other day, so I brought it in to get checked out here…read moresince the last place that worked on my truck was Asian Imports Plus. Come to think of it, for the last 6+ years it's always been Asian Imports Plus that works on my truck except for a headlight bulb change at a buddy's shop in the Bay Area. Anyway, after about an hour, I got a call and I'm told that it turns out someone left an oil canister under the hood and whatever oil remaining in the canister is what made the mess under my truck. Totally unprofessional, but I'm not upset about that since it's more of a relief to me that it's not actually something that requires major attention and money. What does bother me though is that the last time I took my truck in was just for an oil change, but about one month later I come in for a little check up on a potential oil leak, but suddenly I'm told that there's a loooong list of maintenance and repairs that would total around $4500. I'm used to just being told what needs attention. Not upsells. This isn't typical of Asian Imports Plus. What I think the difference is from a month ago is: instead of seeing the usual guy up at the front, Erwin, there was a new guy. Long time customers that frequent Asian Imports Plus MUST know who I'm talkin about. You can't forget him. Hella cool filipino dude who is always there and on top of his work. Don't get me wrong new dude is cool and I have no problems with him at all. I'm sure he's just doing what he was trained to do. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I'd totally shoot the breeze and have a beer or two with them. Just your typical laid back dudes, but I feel like Erwin was just more honest and told me what I really needed to have done which saved me money. Never not once during my 6+ years of going to Asian Imports Plus did I ever question what was being diagnosed and charged. This is the reason why I have been such a loyal customer to Asian Imports Plus in the first place. Honesty brings loyalty. Btw, I was told that Erwin "decided to leave," but I'm also told that he "got let go" from another source. Kind of suspicious. Possibly to bring in new blood that was trained to charge customers 3 times what the dealer charges plus labor. Yikes. I work too hard to get played. Just a fair warning to anyone looking to get some work done here. Another btw, I went to another shop in the same day for a second opinion and the diagnosis didn't completely match what was diagnosed earlier that morning. Asian Imports Plus actually overlooked TWO issues: my front brake pads need attention and also my driveshaft support bearing is worn down which I think is the most important thing on the list to be replaced. Both did agree on my power steering return line needing attention and also my CV boots are beginning to crack a little along with other maintenance like engine air filter and differential fluid. Asian Imports Plus diagnosis + bill: $4500 second opinion shop diagnosis + bill: $2100

I didn't feel pressured and they were honest and fair with what I needed done…read more Great communication and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend them!
