It's great that this business is attempting to meet the needs of their customers during quarantine where they are in the process of offering delivery. However, I have to share that their over the phone customer service is extremely poor. From what I've experienced, it is the same woman who answers the phone. I've called 3 separate times myself and my friend has called 3 separate times as well within the last 2 days. She offered her personal cell number to accept orders but provided no information about how to place the order with her. This is challenging when they have no online menu with pricing for their inventory, to be aware of what you can and cannot request. I was asked to text the woman, which I did, when I did she called me to say that I keep texting her and she's 'very busy'. To that I proceeded to confirm that I wanted 1 hookah flavor and a roll of coals. To that she said 1? That's it? You need $20 for delivery. There was background noise, she said thank you to someone she must've been helping while over the phone - which is fine- before I could say that I wanted to add another hookah to get to $20. She hung up. Just disappointed, sharing the review for heads up Sake. I guess you have to be a more assertive or aggressive customer to get what you are looking for here. read more

Helpful and friendly staff, some can be a bit too friendly and try to start conversations when you just want to pay and leave. Surprisingly decent selection for a small footprint. You'll get charged more for paying with a card, and signature is still required. read more

I am totally upset that Sin City Liquor moved to a newer location! They used to be right around the corner from me, within walking distance and now they aren't! :( Although I frequent Lee's, based off of the size and beer selection, I also like to go in here often. It's a smaller place, and the staff is very friendly. They also offer delivery for a small fee, which is amazing! More stores should start offering this service. I hope that they are doing better business at the new location, I am sure it was hard to compete being so close to Lee's before. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came at 10:50 pm when closes at 11 pm on a Sunday night. Literally locks the door as I'm walking in. I have lived on this side of town for three years now and this place has been so convenient and helpful. Every time I call they remember who I am. No matter what time has passed. They have a great selection. They have come to my rescue when I have had events at home or just much needed wine nights. I've even called on the phone and they have walked me through selections to make it easier on myself. When I call I always hear a happy voice on he other line. Very happy this place is in my area. i love this place. they offer delivery which i love. it is small inside but they offer alot. the delivery people are very nice.

Delivery and On-line ordering is not great. I know they are just starting this service but the communication was poor and prices are very high. I wanted to support this local business but am having a hard time when I was also charged for an item that was not delivered. In addition there is a $10 delivery fee and 18% gratuity included if you use a card, which I wouldn't complain about if the other problems didn't exist. On the plus side, they did deliver the same day, but with no indication that they would be able to do that. Very disorganized. read more

Love, love, love this little place! I've been telling all my friends about it. We need more small businesses like this in our community's. The lady in the front is very nice and friendly/ I asked if they might consider carrying milk so I didn't always have to run in to Von's to get it (since its at the back of the store and there's always lines) when I'm in a hurry. She took my number and called me 4 days later saying she had ordered 6 gallons and had them for me when I came by. I believe this is under new ownership. Decent selection of beer and spirits at competitive prices. This is probably a "quick stop" place for your booze needs, since it is much smaller than Lee's, but has most of the basics. The owner/co owner was a very sweet woman. I believe her son was there as well and he immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. I was pleased with the service. This is definitely a mom and pop quick stop for your liquor needs. read more

Great Liquor Store! The employees are super helpful and friendly. These guys just reopened and the selection of products continue to increase. They offer a delivery service which is cheaper than a DUI-I think it is a $5 minimum. I absolutely love this Liquor Store-screw the big chains and buy from the smaller business owners. This store sold us expired alcohol and after we all got sick from it we tried to inform the people that sold us this alcohol it was not okay , they then said it was Budweiser's fault. They sell to minors weekly, and should be out of business. Never buy from them it will make you sick. They argued and made us fear for our life. Brought my friend to the back room to argue. Absolutely amazing! We had a bit too much to drink but not enough to last the night. We called up SCL, placed our vodka order, and within a half hour we safely had our liquor. Even though SCL is right down the street, so is the Henderson jail so saving us a DUI at a great price is what makes this place... PERFECT read more
