I made the appointment I went there and there was no one there. I finally got in touch with someone and they said oh, we won't see you on Sunday. They then try to set another appointment and I told them they didn't value my time and I couldn't trust them with anything else. Currently I have to make corrections every day with makeup to my brows. I have to say that the reviews did not mentioned her unprofessional, narcissistic, very rude attitude. During my appointment she was more concerned in telling me about her cat, ranch and retirement plans than asking or listening to what I have to say about what I wanted for my eyebrows. She did everything I did NOT want. She shaved my eyebrows and make them thinner even thought I mentioned that I didn't shaved them or plug them out. The color was reddish, completely the opposite of what I wanted. My brows were long and curvy, exactly the opposite of what I wanted. 3 month after her work, my eyebrows have lost 50% of the color and have grown back, I guess after the quality of her work I am glad because it is easier to fix them with makeup. However, I wasted $399 dollars and the time writing the review just so people don't go through what I did. People stay away from Teresa, you will regret it!!!

Going back to her chair though I saw the actual lashes and changed y mind on the curl type. I sat down in the chair and we chatted for nearly the whole two hours it took her to apply the lashes and she took pictures of my lashes for me. I was a bit nervous to get my eyeliner permanently tattooed on my face, more because of the pain…read morethan anything else. Jameson did my work and his craftsmanship is excellent1 He applied a numbing creme beforehand, so it didn't really hurt, just felt kind of like little pokes around my eyelid. It didn't take too long to do and I was out in 40 minutes! I'm super happy with the results and just hope it lasts for at least three years before I have to go back! You must return after 6 weeks for touch-ups. The color may also look lighter after that time. So I'll have to wait and see. It was great to wake up this morning with one less thing to apply to my face! So yes, I would recommend this place. It is located in between the walkway of the building, so you don't see it from the outside.

Turns out my daughters boss had her brows done so of course I asked her where she went. MM Permanent cosmetics she said, go see Tami she's amazing. This clearly was a sign. My daughter and I talked about it and wanting to get it done. As a surprise for Christmas my daughter bought me eyebrows! It was the best gift EVER. So we booked an appointment online to go on the same day. The place is gorgeous and Tami (Tamara) is absolutely amazing. Right off the start she was like talking to a best friend so it really set the tone. She explained everything and all the different options. There are quite a few so don't be afraid to ask her what is best for you. Tami took pictures, measured where my brows should start, where my arch should be and the proper length for my face. I guess I really didn't realize how little to no brow I actually had left. Tami instantly started drawing my brows out by hand with this magic pencil of hers. I couldn't even believe how real the hair strokes looked with just her drawing them on! Starting to really get excited now! Tami made sure everything was to my liking before we got started. I decided to go with the nano brows as they looked the most natural. Now here comes the unpleasant but not unbearable part....She makes several channels in your brows that feel like you are being scratched. It's not painful but the noise was a bit unsettling to me. Almost sounded like paper being ripped. All this is done by hand. She applies custom colors to match your natural hair. Then you get numbing cream because it's going to absorb better. It definitely helps but the noise is still gross LOL. So you can bring headphones if you want but I really enjoyed talking to Tami. The entire process maybe took about 45 minutes. Let me tell you it was SO worth every penny! When she showed me my finished brows I couldn't believe it! I'm still in shock waking up with actual eyebrows! They look like REAL hair. Tami went over all care procedures. Gave us soap to wash our brows with and special lotion so they heal properly. She also gave us her phone number and told us we could message her with any questions we may have along the way. When I got home my husband even said my brows looked great. It's SO nice waking up and actually having eyebrows. I also enjoy not having to worry about penciling anything on or worrying that I've wiped half of my brow off. Plus it saves so much time. The following day Tami messaged us to make sure everything was okay. I though that was a super nice touch. She also sent me and my daughter the before and after photos. Please see the photos below they speak volumes themselves. I have little to no brows and my daughters were thicker but sparse in areas. You have NO idea how important eyebrows are to your face.
