Again I had to tell them what to order because they denied they could get gates From Eastern fence in NY. So many red flags. I should have used my own installer and had him bill Service company. Marc the owner was very unpleasant to deal with as this wasn't a "big paying job" I was a nuisance to them really. Now 3 months later one of the gates has 2 cracks, one at a sodder joint corner, which is technically a Manufacturing flaw. Marc cannot be bothered to replace or fix because he is too busy with big jobs and I need to be more careful. Ya right, I don't beat on or man handle my equipment. I very much ever regret getting involved with these people.

The land they had to work with was covered with roots and other obstacles (as well as snow) but they got it done in a timely fashion and the fence looks great and is solidly constructed. I also felt that the price was quite reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I showed the company representative some concerns I had with the job and this is where things went downhill. My concerns were that the fence work did not match an existing fence and several posts were not aligned properly. The company representative not only stated he disagreed with me but he stated he had no intention to redo any of their work as I requested. He proceeded to call me a "liar", and said I was "blind". When I asked him to leave my property and proceeded to walk away the company representative in a threatening tone told me "not to turn my back on him". He then stated "he did not have to leave my property because he had an open contract with me and the work was not complete, and he could come and go as he pleases until the work is done". In conclusion the work was unsatisfactory and the company management is not someone I would recommend based on the above.

Charlie was super honest about it and communicative about where he was in the process. So sure, getting to the install day was a drag - but it also wasn't his fault. Still, he was open and honest. Once our big day arrived? Something close to heaven. Not only because we finally had our long-awaited fence, but also....the work was fantastic. We also loved the fact that he didn't pawn it off on his crew sight unseen - he supervised and managed them. He's a total pro. It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well. Good guys to deal with.
