I came in here fueling gas and trying to use the restroom. The person was rude and relayed there was no restroom. There was clearly a sign for the restroom, I've seen other customers use it and I think he was just lazy and did not want to give me a key. I was charged $15.99 plus tax ($17.55 total) for a standard 1-gallon windshield washer fluid at this Sinclair gas station convenience store operating as PRO MART. There was no price displayed on the shelf or anywhere near the product before purchase. The item was rung up on the receipt as MISC with no product description, so I only found out the price after the transaction was completed. I returned to the store immediately to ask about the charge and request a refund, but the staff refused to refund the purchase. I paid in cash. This price is far higher than typical retail pricing for this product, so I recommend checking prices very carefully before buying anything at this location. read more

Multiple times I've come here and the incredibly rude woman behind the counter has been very, very, very slowly counting money in the middle of the day, during which time she refuses to acknowledge your existence and you cannot pay for any items in the store or gas. 05/10/2022 You'll see the green dinosaur on the structure as part of their logo or maybe a mascot. I do know the gas is cheaper in price than surrounding gas stations. Even though they have cash and credit prices. I noticed they do sell racing fuel but didn't inspect it to be able to give you more details. BEWARE OF CREDIT CARD SKIMMING/ FRAUD possibly going on at this gas station. FEMALE CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF VERY AGGRESSIVE CLERK!!!! I came on to warn others ...I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see such bad reviews already. I went to fill up my gas tank and noticed that the card reader looked odd and the touch payment didn't work so I went to another pump as I've read that could be a sign of a card skimmer. I went inside to tell the clerk that I thought there may be an issue with the credit card reader and instead of being concerned he snapped at that all pumps are fine and people are using them. When I tried to explain he angrily motioned telling me to leave. I was take aback either he's beyond lazy or has severe anger issues. I went back to put gas in my car at the other pump which didn't have an odd looking card reader and noticed that suddenly the pump had been disabled so I couldn't use it. (See photo) I needed gas.. I should have just left at this point but I stupidly went back inside to tell him the pump wasn't working. As soon as I went inside he yelled "keep your opinions to yourself" I left as I he probably weighed more than 150 pounds more than me and I obviously made him very angry by trying to alert them so people would not be a victim of card skimming if there was a skimmer. Rude is bad enough but what is very concerning in my opinion is fact that I pointed out there may be an issue or skimmer on a card reader and now suddenly he disabled the pump and became even more aggressive is why I warn female customers I would never come to this gas station. I have to ask if there isn't a scam going on why would someone have such a volatile reaction?! Being obnoxious and aggressive to customers is bad enough but my experience makes me question if it's safe to get gas here. Now I understand all the negative reviews. The severely overweight male employee is in my opinion very aggressive and threatening to female customers and my experience makes me question why he is so mad if there isn't a scam going on here?? Either way I would never recommend anyone get gas here. I got gas as Shell a few blocks away for a few cents more a gallon and the gas clerk actually came out to help another female customer while I was there. I had a terrible experience specifically with an employee named Omar. After paying, I asked Omar to give me a Gas tank in exchange. He was emptying the bins, and after 10 minutes, I approached and asked how much longer it would take for him to give me the exchange tank . (He just needed to open a door, give it to me, and I could have left while he continued his work). In response to my request, he said, "Kid, you're nothing special, wait because I'm doing something. Who the heck do you think you are?" After 20 minutes, I asked for a refund as he still hadn't finished emptying all eight bins at the gas station. His colleague from inside the shop closed the door and did it in 2 minute for me and Omar was looking at me with an hangry face I don't understand where we're headed, as this new generation has no desire to work and is very rude to people. Great gas station! Clean, fast, cheap, great owner!!! The gas prices are the best in the area !!! And since he has so many pumps you can always find a pump to pump. The employees are always going around cleaning the gas station. There is a huge selection of food and drinks in the store. I especially like the sandwiches which are always fresh. The owner helped out my parents and went above and beyond when he didn't have too!! I did not know about Sinclair Gas but because of how good I was treated here I just became a life long customer. read more

So we are sitting here behind a Nissan Altima license plate 8JTW624 and this guy is blocking the pump - smoking in the car - and not moving or getting gas. When we walked up and asked what's going on? He said he was the owner (Mateen) and is NOT going to move so Piss Off! I go here a lot because it is near where my mom lives, and I work. The price is good, however when I had to go inside to pay the other day because the card reader was broken. Despite the sign that said masks ware required to enter, there was a long line, people not social distancing, not wearing masks, and the woman at the register was chatting and laughing with a customer not wearing a mask, making us wait longer. It was horrifying, I hope the public health department fines them, and they give better training to employees on how to enforce the public health policies in our city. read more

It's a shame that these previous customers gave this station a one star because a crazy persons car was blocking their way claiming he was the owner smoking a cigarette. How stupid can these people be? Did we forget this used to be a grungy 76 Station and when Sinclair came in it remodeled and is now has one of the best prices in the area? I fill up both my and my wife's car here using a Sinclair credit card which lowers the price to the cash price. If this location is so bad, then why is it always busy? Go figure... There are only two pumps for the CNG station, don't expect to interact with the staff. The CNG lump is not connected to the Sinclair POS system, it's a station within a station if that makes any sense. CNG pumps work and I haven't had any issues filling up here for CNG read more

Went inside to buy gas today around 430pm. The card reader was broken so I had to go inside. Within the 5 mins I was there 2 people were in line not wearing masks, the worker did nothing and even spent some time chatting and laughing with one of the customers not wearing a mask. They have the lowest cash prices around, so I went in with $47. I counted it out, and said "$47 on pump 7 please". The guy took it and said, "$46 on 7." Haha, no, I told him $47. I assume he tries this with all their customers and gets some "tips" this way. Cheap gas is great but count your money and make sure you don't get ripped off if you are paying cash. read more

Perhaps it is the attitude of the other reviewers that drew an unhappy experience from this station. Our company buys fuel there and I buy my own fuel there. The location is always well stocked and clean. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and the coffee is always fresh. I have never witnessed an unfriendly action by any employee.
