This shop is the best at fixing one's vehicle: I have an '02 Chevy Impala. I bought the car used from a dealership for 7500.00. It ran good for 1 year then it became unreliable. Fast forward 2 more years and 3 different mechanic shops including the Chevy dealership!!- no one could even figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. 4th time is a charm -- I found Sinclair's auto clinic and they found the problems associated with my impala and fixed them all in the same day!! I love Sinclair's auto clinic got they truly rescued my vehicle from its auto-ee grave that was my garage for the past 2 years. This is the most terrible shop at the south side of Chicago!! Please DO NOT use them! It was the most awful experience for me ever!! When I called them for a quote, they told me to go there. So when I went there, they said I need to make an appt. Then I called later to set up an appt. When I get there, the man said they will charge me for lifting up my car. So I told him that they didn't tell me on the phone and some other shops don't charge for a quote. Then the man kicked me out of the shop which I didn't do anything wrong. He was so rude that he said he doesn't care about doing business with me. I need you to know that the man should have never treated a customer like that! Please pass my story around. I did a search on the Moms of Beverly page for car repair shops and cannot thank whoever previously recommended Sinclair's Auto Clinic Inc. enough. On January 29th I left Toyota furious when they told me I needed a $2,900 repair because they couldn't repair/fix the broken part and would need to replace my entire exhaust system. I quickly got on MOB and did a search and Sinclair's was my first stop. Pat asked if I could leave it and I couldn't, so I said I'd give them a call for an appointment, but before I could leave he asked for my keys, put my car on the lift and said he could fix the problem for about $100 or so and if it did need replacing, it maybe would have been about $1,000. Not only did they squeeze me in at 3:00pm on a Friday, they were honest and saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend them and they will be getting more business from me in the future! read more

Been going here for over 15 years, Jim recommended I get rid of my 1996 Toyota in 2014. So I bought a new 2014 Honda and did not see him for 4 years :) So I went in for a brake inspection and oil change and he and Pat took care of business. Two real gentlemen and I never had to worry about them ripping me off or finding other issues to run up the bill. When you can find a couple of guys you can trust to work on your car, it gives you piece of mind. read more

Great neighborhood car repair shop, they took care of my wife's car on short notice reasonably priced and honest. I had a 98' Expedition that I refused to part with and Last spring they told me it was time to get rid of it, and that it just wasn't worth putting money into it.
