Then I started looking closer at the paperwork and the paperwork shows the truck was now listed at $2000 higher than the sticker price but that he's giving me over a $3000 discount. When I walked away from the deal he became very hostile and childish. I hope the guy he is selling the green 2005 tundra sees this and realizes he's getting screwed before it's too late.

In my humble opinion these problems should have been caught by carmax before the vehicle was placed for sale. My mechanic agrees.
