I initially paid almost 10,000 for a stereo system with another shot and I just happened to call Kim. At Grand Audio Waukegan. She told me to come in. I went in and talked and we got understanding. She fixed the issues that turned out to be a quadruple the work but I am overly satisfied. This is the best system I've ever heard in my life that I've ever had in my life. It's not one of the system that cut out or the amp overheats or anything like that I can play the system for long periods of time and it's a massive system Alfonso there's no words that I can even say and how phenomenal his work is, he doesn't cheat the system. He doesn't cut corners. People say that they charge too much but the work is good and what I tell them is you gotta pay for what you want if you want something that's gonna knock and that's gonna stay working for a long period of time you gotta pay this place does not cut corners and they will not get over on you. I love this place. this is my go to and I tell anybody who wants it system. This is where they need to go. They're awesome here.

That being said, he is damn good at what he does - and he does it for less than anyone I've ever seen - it is a great deal. The shop may not be the most amazing looking, but he does a perfect job and is honest about what needed to be done. I assumed I needed to do full car tint and he pointed out that only the front and drivers side/passenger side didn't have tint - so there was no point in tinting the whole car. So price drop + good service. Not a "whee I can sell more services on you/make more money!". There really isn't too much to be said about tints on a car, but I was doing it out concern for a family situation. There was some unfamiliarity with tints on my side - so I didn't realize there is a sort of "temporary bubbling" that goes away after ~24 hours of curing, but all in all - if I ever need tints again, I will go here.

I initially emailed them to get info on the cost and timing, they consistently replied within a few hours and were very helpful. They got me in within the next few days. Their showroom is really organized and clean. I got a tour of the back garage area, which was way bigger than you'd expect from seeing the front of the building. They had a lot of high end cars getting work done, ranging from full vehicle wraps and audio installs. The work completed worked properly and was a very clean install. They left my vehicle very clean and gave me all the original packaging and instructions. I had a great experience with DPS and plan to bring other vehicles there when I need any work done.

I called Jose's since it's about 5 min from me and they said it wouldn't cost much since it was an easy job so I stopped by. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them.
