I'm only giving them 1 star because I felt taken advantage of and disrespected as a paying customer. I stopped by to pick up a torta, mind you I go in person to place my order, wait and pay therefore I don't think I have to leave a tip since I'm paying and picking up myself. The lady who charged me thought she was smarter than the average bear and cleverly but rapidly pressed the buttons on the little screen as she tried to also cover it to accept the tip on my behalf and allow herself to a generous tip. Dollar tacos with handmade tortillas? Yes please. Came here with some friends on a weekday at about 9am. Overall we had a positive experience. It was pretty busy but the service was still really quick. Food was out in a matter of minutes and our water glasses were always filled. Free chips and salsa were good and ordering 3 tacos was more than enough to satisfy my hunger. You order at your table and then pay at the counter. I can't understand why a restaurant that is so slow with two cooks behind the counter can't make anything fresh this really startled me and doesn't make no sense for them to make Whole Foods and just warm-up and the customers not gonna notice it.
