One apparently texting on a phone. We waited between 10-15min (during which time another group of 4 came in). The texting worker looked up and saw us... Said nothing, and went back to texting. Literally zero recognition of the customers at the counter. They did have drive through, but with their absolute apathy, we left.... So did the other group of customers... I'd give zero stars if possible...
