I was craving a refreshing dessert so I looked around at some of the gelato spots on my walk and felt the most drawn to this spot. I am not someone who really likes to eat large portions of ice cream or gelato and I also don't like only one flavor because I get bored fast. I got their smallest size, and since they were not busy they did two half scoops for me. The lemon sorbet and the dark chocolate. I love this combo because it's like eating a lemon chocolate truffle. The lemon wasn't to sweet or artificial tasting and the chocolate was full bodies in taste and had the slight bitterness I like along with chocolate chips which added a nice texture. The cone was probably the only thing that was just basic and not my favorite cone in the world, but it did the job. This place is super bougie, the interior design looks..... well.... Over the top "honestly I think it looks cool" They serve Hot Chocolate, Coffee and Gelato. I ordered their "homemade" apple cinnamon gelato at nearly $7 for one scoop. I must say it was very good and worth the splurge, definitely not an everyday kind of indulgent. I think the ladies that worked there were the owners "not for sure" the younger of the two ladies was super sweet and bubbly while the older lady was a kick in the pants, we were bantering back and forth talking about how real men don't keep change in their pockets "lol" I really enjoyed talking with her because she came off as genuine and not forced in our conversation. This is a cute gelato shop. The woman working was really sweet and let us try out different flavors of our choosing. I got a cookie butter gelato. It had the flavor of a lotus biscoff cookie which it was inspired by. It was definitely a nice treat to have after a long day hiking and sight seeing. read more

This is on the main tourist street along with all the shops. They had my favorite Bourbon apple pie! So good, you have to try. We just get the small size and it's plenty pilled in a cup. Perfect on the very hot day we were there. read more

I'd read a few reviews saying the gelato had a coconut-y flavor, which had me on high alert (coconut = hard no for me). I started with a sample of the Argentine Sea Salt Caramel...and that's where my search ended. One glorious scoop--$6 well spent. I'm shocked there's not more 5 star reviews here! This place had a huge line out the door when we walked by, so we thought it was a good sign to try it out. Was super happy with the portions, a single scoop was still a large amount. Felt a little bit pricey, but also have to remember we're in a huge tourist area. I came in with my friends family for a trip and we came inside for ice cream and the manager/ owner was making faces and telling us negative comments under her breath while my friends father was asking to clarify what was wrong instead of explaining she was yelling at him to leave and she was going to call the cops. I got my usual gelato combination (lemon and chocolate chip/stracciatella--don't judge, they go great together!) and was pleased with the serving size and taste. There were plenty of other flavor choices which is always fun to look through, but I usually stick with my go-to. Service was fine--the people ordering in front of me took a long time and the people working behind the counter seemed bored and were in no rush to serve them or me, which was a little frustrating. Yes, it is Sedona, but there' is no reason for a single waffle cone treat to cost $12.00 - $13.00. This is an off-the-sidewalk and certainly no white table cloth establishment as you would expect for this level of pricing. $50.00 for a family of 4 to enjoy a treat and with no place to even sit down is just not right. If the level of service made up for it, that would have at least been nice, but the service while not bad is the experience you expect from a fast food franchise. Employees have no training in customer service or providing a good customer experience. The next time you're in Sedona this one and go to the next one. read more

Terrible experience. Our family got 4 ice creams but one the them was full of fat. Once I tried it I just couldn't swallow it. I tried to get another flavor instead but the young girls said I had to pay for another one. Really? After buying 4 ice creams? I was just in here with my family excited to find a place that had vegan ice cream and was completely shut down from excitement by the experience and service. The 2 ladies working when I was there were extremely rude and unfriendly to myself and my family. I have never experienced such awful treatment from a staff. We were kind, friendly and respectful to the staff and felt very unwelcome and judged by them. I regret coming here and if our ice cream wasn't already being made I would have walked out but I still paid out of respect for supporting a local company. I'm very saddened by this as I was visiting Sedona for the first time and now look at this town to be full of snobby rude people. read more
