Don't get me wrong the ice cream was good, and they'll let you sample the flavors prior to choosing. However the customer service was not there. Josh was so great! He was friendly from the moment we walked in the door even though he was busy. He greeted us and asked us to wait kindly. The place smelled amazing! The staff behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He answered my many questions and let us sample a few flavors before deciding. My husband and I decided to share a scoop each of the mint matcha and Mexican coffee. Both flavors were excellent! Really enjoyed the combination of matcha and mint. I've always loved matcha and surprisingly never had that combo before. It would be a great drink flavor as well. I'm a sucker for coffee flavored anything, so I naturally gravitated towards the Mexican coffee, which did not disappoint. Since it's REAL HOMEMADE ICE CREAM, the flavors change with the seasons. No apple pie tonight (6/28) but we did have an incredible scoop of Mexican vanilla/blueberry/ maple, a cookies and cream, and a raspberry chipotle that was sweet and spicy and so refreshing! Soooo good! This ice cream hit the spot after a long day of hiking in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Its location was perfect because we were able to stop there on our way out of town. There was a little bit of a line but it didn't take too long to get through and was well worth the wait. I got a scoop of apple pie and a scoop of Mexican coffee. My husband got a scoop of bourbon pecan and a scoop of cookies and cream. The best ones were the Mexican coffee and cookies and cream. Both were so flavorful and had a nice velvety texture. I came here for dessert after a not so great dinner and this totally made up for it. The shop was cute and they even had little hanging planters outside that looked like ice cream cones. Inside, the shop was small and quaint. The flavors they had were unique. I enjoyed that they had seasonal flavors and prickly pear sorbet. I had to go with the Mexican coffee. It was amazing. I'm addition, I got the peanut butter chocolate flavor and rocky road. Both of those flavors were also good. The ice cream was thick yet not too thick.
