I really LOVED this Singas pizza but they have completely fell off. What I ordered today and what I received was either not correct or missing half the ingredients. For example the chicken tikka pizza comes with chicken and onions but I received a pie with just chicken or could be paneer not even sure anymore. SMH Out of the 4 pies only 1 was correct. I ordered a chicken pizza, but they gave me a paneer pizza instead. I noticed it only after reaching home. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but the person on the phone was very rude. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong pizza and kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. When I went back to pick up the correct order, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I even told them that my kids had already touched the wrong pizza, but they said, "Give those pizza slices back, then I'll make your pizza," and still didn't apologize. They showed no concern and told me, "If you want to complain, do it anywhere you want -- I don't care what the customer says." This was a very disappointing experience. We were in town for an event and placed a DoorDash order for four pizzas and wings to be delivered to our hotel. The order was supposed to include two 2-liter sodas. After placing the order, I even called the restaurant to confirm what soda options they had. I was told they only carried Pepsi, which was perfectly fine, and I confirmed we would take two 2-liters. When the order arrived, instead of the two 2-liters, we received six small cans of soda. That is not an equivalent substitution. We were short several drinks for our group. I called the restaurant to politely explain the issue and simply asked for a credit for the missing soda. We were traveling with students and working within a set budget per student, so every dollar mattered. Unfortunately, the man I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me I would need to physically bring back the six cans in order to receive any credit. We were at a hotel with a group of students returning a few soda cans was not a realistic solution since we didn't have a vehicle we came on a school bus . When I explained that I just wanted a reasonable credit and didn't want to leave a negative review over a few drinks, his response was, "Do whatever you want." That level of indifference toward customer service was honestly more disappointing than the missing soda. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was underwhelming and not very good. With so many great food options nearby, there's really no reason to deal with rude service and poor quality. Customer service matters. A simple apology and small credit would have resolved this easily. Instead, the interaction left a bad taste. Save yourself the hassle and consider one of the many better options in the area. read more

The pizza flavors are very good. The problem is what you get for the price and how it came. The 10in pizzas were so small and thin that they were delivered on plates, not in a box. Delivery took well over an hour, so the pizza was barely room temp, and we couldn't believe how little we got for $75. There are no descriptions or pictures on the website, so you have no way of knowing what they look like. It's disappointing because the pizza is actually really good. read more

absolute worst cheesesteak I've ever had minimal meat asked for extra ketchup didn't get it, I asked for extra cheese and paid for it didn't get it. The sandwich was light. i've never had a sandwich that was so dry ever. Just dry as could, absolutely the worst. The wife asked if they were fresh mushrooms he said yes they were canned. We had Singhas pizzas twice and did a go to order both times. The first time pizzas were good but not great. The second time I went in and personally told the manager on how we didn't get perfect quality last time and he made sure we get what we wanted. The Thai chilies on the paneer pizza was a game changer. I am going there again and again. Overall ambiance was ok but food was amazing which is what matters to me. read more

We had singas special pizza and the mozzarella sticks. The pizza sauce and the veggies loaded on it is great but the base is very hard.

Singas is yet another pizza franchise in Middletown, opening its doors a month ago. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was utterly disappointing. I asked for light cheese, but either the owner didn't pass the correct order, or the guy making it didn't understand what "light" meant. They use synthetic cheese and the pizza is so greasy that you literally have to use one napkin per slice to soak up the excess grease. The pizza crust was crisp, but the whole thing tasted and felt plasticy. The pizza screamed "processed." Scant toppings made for a sad looking end result. Many pieces out of 8 had just one pepperoni on them. A much better, and cheaper, option is Season's Pizza. They may be using pretty much the same sort of ingredients, but the end result is somehow much more respectable and for a 12", you pay $9. A 10" at Singas is $12. At Season's, you also always get plenty of toppings on each and every slice. We were the only ones there in the middle of afternoon. Walking in, the sad Indian music gripped me and I wasn't able to enjoy my pizza. In general, I like Indian music. I go to Aha Restaurant in Bear and they play Indian music, but it sounds happy. It's all about creating a pleasant and relaxing/exciting atmosphere, which is sorely missing at Singas. There is drawing of a pizza on the wall which looks like the work of a teenager with no hope of ever exceling in drawing. I won't be going back. read more
