I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant .I am an avid customer who had a complaint about the Stromboli I ordered. The total amount of my order was $56.00. I would have expected an exceptional quality of food if I only spent 5 dollars.The customer service was abysmal; in the end they demanded I return the stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The customer service is by far the worst. These ignorant young ladies answering the phones should be fired. Can't get an order right to save their lives then look at you like you did something wrong. Pizza is great. One of the best pizzas around but the customer service is so bad I will never order from them again. Also make sure you check your receipts. My family and I have been ordering from here and we really enjoy their food. Besides the food, they have great customer service. We accidentally received a sausage and pepperoni pizza instead of the cheese pizza we ordered. When we called, we were told someone will deliver our cheese pizza. When the employee came back, he told us to keep the old pizza and told us they don't serve any pork products. We don't eat pork, had we known the pizza was a beef sausage and pepperoni pizza, we would have just accepted the mistake. read more

The wings were super crispy, which I LOVE. I'm from Buffalo and these wings got my approval. The Philly cheesesteak easily rivals the best you'll find in Philadelphia. So....freaking....good!! OMG. We ordered a medium cheese lovers pizza with pepperoni and onions. There was literally 1 slice of pepperoni and 6 pieces of chopped onion on the whole pizza. Who does this? Certainly not a reputable restaurant that cares about it's customers or business. We've eaten here many times, sometimes it's been good, more often mediocre. Very Unhappy!!!! Our first time ordering from Roma Pizza, the food was delivered under cooked. We ordered a Hamburger (Was very pink inside!, Rarely cooked!), Philly Cheesteak(Disgusting and Not delivered the way it was ordered), Italian Sub (Disgusting as well), and Veal Parm (Unebible). I called last night after we began eating, spoke to a young women, who stated that I can receive a FULL REFUND if I called tomorrow(Today) and spoke to Beck (Manager). Well I just called and got yelled at and treated very rude by some older gentleman, who was not the manager. And basically told me unless I bring in the food, the refund will not be processed. I stated that I spoke to the women last night and told her that I do not have the food and it was thrown out, She said that's not a problem and to call tomorrow. Well I will NEVER order from here again! And will make sure nobody I know goes here. I will be going to the restaurant tomorrow and speaking to the manager in person. And the Hawaiian was awful had about 6 small chucks of pineapple and ham on entire pizza. I questioned cashier about the pizzas was lied to and told they were ex larges in a large box. Then this guy's trying to say that it must be showing a hold on my account.. it's a pre paid card . The money comes right out. At this point my husband comes in with MY DAUGHTER! ! and started getting really angry , my daughter is getting upset ... the food was for her and my disabled mother!!!
