These folks did work on my husband for almost a year. All went well building up to implants which we were excited about. They had done three crowns and all went well till string started coming out of Crows. This occurred the third week later all three crowns started releasing this string. What was this so he went in and they took him with no appointment. And the string was removed from each tooth yet no one could answer what it was. Well it seemed it was place on tooth to dry it before setting crown. They just forgot to take it off and one tooth never sat or healed. read more

Beware! Know what your coverage is before you go in. Also, I had a cap replaced over a year ago. It Never fit right. I had go in 4 times and still wasn't right. So she had me see a specialist to see if I needed root canal. I didnt. The cap wasnt fitting. She never fixed it. And she is rude when i asked a question. First let me say that posting someting positive on yelp about a Dentist visit isn't exactly something that comes to mind when you go a Dentist. HOWEVER, having been to a different Dentist in Tracy that was as my husband put it; "if they improve, they would rise to the level of horrible ". Singh Dental is a true God send, I was in pain for a month and because of my previous Dentist, I was just going to deal with it. My husband and I prayed and we looked up and there was a commercial for Singh Dental, my husband changed the channel and there another commercial for Singh Dental (true story ). My husband laughed and made an appointment. From the moment we entered, we just felt good. My husband first came back to the dental room with me because he wanted to be sure about the Doctors. After a few minutes and seeing me at ease and laughing with the Doctors, he lovingly went to the front and waited. All he could hear was me and the doctor laughing. We have officially found our Dental office, our three children are bugging us about their visit. From tip to tail, Singh Dental is top shelf. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend them. I had an amazing experience today at Singh Dental Center. This was my first visit. They asked I show up early to fill out the requisite paperwork, take my temperature, and wash my hands. Nicole (hope I spelled that right) and Stephanie great you and they both professional, beyond helpful, and have a sense of humor. Jessica was my dental hygienist. She explained everything they were doing and told me why. She was also very personable and at the same time very professional. I then met Dr. Singh. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. She showed me what was happening with my teeth and gave me a recommendation. She was extremely nice. If I had to sum up Singh Dental Center is that they are highly professional, extremely efficient, all while having a really good time. You can tell everyone there enjoys their job. read more

Singh was so unprofessional I've been going to her for some time. She never knew my kids apart. She would always say that my daughter did the cavity with her when my son did without pulling a their chart. She asked me several times to go see a pediatric dentist because my son wouldn't open wide enough and she was becoming very impatient. Singh has worked on my teeth since I moved here from southern ca. She did a baby root canal on my son and root canal on myself we both needed a root canal revision because she DID NOT seal the tooth. It was tremendous pain for the both of us. It depended on the mood this dentist was in and if she wanted work on you or not. Her heart was not in her practice and her patience was not there. She was just about herself. Also the assistant at the front desk named Nicole convinced me to sign up with a discounted family plan within their office and it would save me since I was paying cash. I must say, this is the best dental office I have been to. Nicole is awesome and keeps you laughing, she has a very sweet spirit. As a matter of fact the entire staff that I dealt with is Awesome, Kelly, Dr Singh and I forgot the other drs name, but she was amazing too and took her time with my dental work making sure I was ok the whole time. The facility is so nice, the soothing music makes you feel really relaxed and most of all, they focus on what is needed first instead of trying to bombard you of all the dental work you need and how much it will cost making you feel overwhelmed you cant afford it. Last year, I was looking for a new dentist and decided to go to Singh Dental Center for regular check-up and cleaning because of high reviews at that time. But my experience at Singh Dental Center was not very good one. I felt like she just tries to make money. She told me that I needed to replace my old crown that I didn't have any problem with. As I was skeptical about it, I went to see another dentist. He didn't say I needed to replace my crown. My old dentist also has never told me I needed to replace that, either. She also didn't explain good enough about the issues of my other teeth had. I felt like she is not a dentist I was looking for since I couldn't trust her. Dr Singh has been my dentist for a few years. After my old dentist retired, I tried a few different dentists and had a few 'issues' that needed to be taken care of.... Dr Singh explained the entire treatment plan, detailed all available options and told me the important things to get treated immediately. Her professionalism was very refreshing. The front office staff is amazingly efficient and have been very flexible for appointments. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning based on the reviews I read but after my experience at Singh dental center I was confused so I came back on yelp and realized I read good reviews on another Singh Dental. Not sure how I made the mistake. Don't waste your time coming here unless you have all day to kill sitting in a chair. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Very pushy on selling invisaline even after declining three times. Unorganized staff not sure how to work computers and file paperwork. Young girls with little experience. Hygienist seemed to keep having complications with equipment and stopping while cleaning my teeth. Dentist lacked compassion and made me feel like she was judging me even after I explained my current health issues. Definitely not a place I will go back to. I will drive the 45 minutes to where I was originally going. read more

I have been here twice and won't go back. The office staff was not friendly. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth(needed a deep cleaning) was so nice and did everything she could to not hurt me (used numbing gel) Which is why I gave a second star. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the dentist. She kept downplaying my pain and acting like she wasn't hurting me when they practically had to pull me off the ceiling from poking my nerve. I'm 40 years old not a child looking for attention by pretending they're hurt. She also seems like she's in a rush. Also in the middle of a procedure she says "you really should have gotten a crown" IT WAS NEVER OFFERED TO ME! So thanks to her rushing and lack of information to me I now have to go find a dentist to take care of the tooth she should have a year ago BECAUSE IM IN PAIN AGAIN. read more

Good customer service.kudos to the people sitting at the front desk. Dental hygenist were awesome too. The dentist herself needs to work on her listening skills and listen to her patient more, rather than just insist what she wants to do to your teeth. Shes good on what she do because of her experience maybe, but her way on treating your patient is not on preventative approach. Everytime i go there I always hear people are having their tooth extracted and then she will recommend implant. I been to so many dentist and most dentist would try to save your real teeth(i have one tooth difficult location for filling,my previous dentist have to do filling twice but still manage to save it).If its her, im preety much sure she will pull it out.i been going to her maybe less than year now still have no idea who i am. I always have to repeat my history/story which she will not listen and then insist again her treatment plan. If you have any type of implants please read this, it could possibly save you from loosing one or all! I went in because of some pain I was experiencing in one of my implants. She took an X-Ray and told me I had an infection. She asked me where I had the implants done and upon telling her that I had traveled to Mexico several years ago for a sinus lift as well as additional bone graft she belittled my dentist that did the work by saying that I got what I paid for. She continued to say that places like Mexico as well as some other countries outside of the US are highly unreliable. I will state that I spent 1 year doing research and personally spoke with many patients as well as dental implant surgeons in different countries that specialize in implants before venturing on this, I did my homework. She checked the implants and told me they are all done wrong, they are crooked, and they will fall out. She also did not catch that I have an under bite from birth. She wrote a prescription for antibiotics and gave me a lesson about implants how they need to be deep cleaned every 3 months and scolded me for not doing so. You know when you get that gut feeling that something just isn't right? I went home, did some research, and saw a highly experienced implantologist in Fremont. I did not take the antibiotics as she told me to. Immediately after having a panoramic X-Ray the dentist saw me and asked me who told me that I had an infection? So I told him the whole story about Dr. Singh. Their office even contacted Dr. Singh office to have the original X ray sent to him by email for comparison. I was there 3 hours. When it was emailed to them, the dentist told me that there was no infection on their X ray either. The scariest part about this is that he told me that deep cleaning are never done on implants unless there are signs or peri-implantitis, which I did not have. He stated that doing a deep cleaning on an implant when there is nothing wrong with it will only introduce new bacteria and create problems and it's never done. Implants are treated differently than a regular tooth. Also, he stated that my implants are not crooked and there is nothing wrong with them and mentioned the underbite right away. He spent a lot of his time showing me how to properly floss and gave me some special floss just for implants along with a mouthwash. This was a year ago and I have had zero problems. Please get a second opinion especially so if you have implants! Based on my own personal experience, Dr. Singh is highly incompetent , not being able to tell apart an infection on X-Ray. The reason why I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is because the reception staff was absolutely wonderful during my visit in January 2016 and they alone deserve 5 stars but not Dr. Singh. read more

Not a big fan. Had a very similar experience to one of the other people that posted on here. I had a few cavities that needed to be filled, and was given 4 shots. When I said it still hurt, she complained it was all in my head. Finally, 12 SHOTS later, it was finally numb. I was made to feel like a big whiney baby. I am 39 and have had a lot of fillings. I made appointment to see Dr. Singh. The day I went on my appointment, quickly they started taking my full mouth x-ray and after Dr. Singh's assistant substitute came to see me. I got surprised. I said who is this?? she is not Dr. Singh. Receptionist run to room said Dr. Singh is off today. This is her substitute going to see you. I said I made appointment to see Dr. Singh not substitute. How come you did not inform me before, I would not even have my x-ray done. She said sorry. I can make another appointment to see her. I said No!! I asked her to have Dr. Singh call me. She said she will call you on Monday. Since then I never received any call. Seems like they just wanted to make money for the x-ray from my insurance. After 3 weeks I received bill saying my insurace paid for x-ray but not for preventive care. I have to pay remaining balance. I don't even know what kind of preventive care they have done on me. I recommend DO NOT go to this place. If you do, make sure who you going to see before it's too late and they send you bill. read more
