Such a beautiful vineyard, lots of shade, a few tvs if you want to catch a game. They have a good menu and the food is excellent. The staff and service is always fast and friendly.

The last time I visited this vineyard was over 10 years ago. Since then, they have changed owners and have made a lot of changes to the property. The changes are good. They have a lot of outside seating and covered areas. I like that you can order your food and your drinks in the outside bar area, but if you want to stay cool, you could also go into the tasting room. I was brought back due to an event where I tasted their wines. I fell in love either cabarnet the red table wine. This time, I ended up getting a rosé since it was super hot outside, and I needed to keep cool. The rosé was great. it was dry enough. They also have food. We ordered the fig and Brie panini and pepperoni mushroom flatbread. Both were so good. We shared them and it was the perfect lunch. Yes, I ended up joining their Wine member hip. I figured they're not too far away and they have events through out the summer and fall. Also, when you go, you get two glasses of free wine if you are a member. The best part about this membership is that you get to choose which wines you want. This vineyard is dog friendly. I especially enjoy that they have an area for 21 and over. It is a great area too. It is shaded under trees facing the river. They have some farm animals towards the parking lot. Parking is available on site and some of it is shaded. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice. Can't wait to return for one of the events.

Gorgeous hill country views, I love the decks and comfortable chairs. Great place to relax, enjoy finger foods and drink great wine. The staff is very knowledgeable and introduced us to the three newest wines. I also selected my wines for the wine club. It has been relaxing to come out, have a glass and enjoy the hill country. One of my favorite places.

Some friends and I went here using our Wine Tasting Passport and we were so glad to have given it a try because none of us had been there before. The grounds are so pretty and peaceful, we weren't even doing much but we didn't want to leave! They also have an assortment of snacks you can buy as well as a menu for food so we loaded up on cheeses... as one does. There are animals behind a fence too and it was so much fun trying to talk to them. The wines are tasty, staff were nice, vibes were chill and I definitely recommend visiting them.

Nice place to get together and hide from the sun. After dropping my son off at camp for the week, we met up with a few of the other parents at Singing Water. I love the wine. The staff is great, and they are super helpful and knowledgeable about their wines. I enjoyed the viognier (white) on a very warm Sunday. My family enjoyed the sangria and swirl slushies. I later enjoyed a glass of Texas Freedom (red). They have multiple decks . Unfortunately, due to the heat the creek is a bit dry, but the shade under the live oaks was very much functional and you could sit, sip, and enjoy the breeze. Live music was played and entertained some guests up front and us from afar. It was loud enough to hear and enjoy wherever you were sitting. It is kid friendly, but... There's some animals to feed, with food for a buck. There's a fountain that kind of can serve as a splash pad. And they have plenty of room in the open hot sun to burn calories, but it's a winery. What I would recommend is that they use what they have and make it more kid friendly, rather than settle for what they are doing. I recommend some more field games or under the shed table games for kids. They could easily make a kids charcuterie board. 'Em wanted some fruit or cheese, but I wasn't going to spend $29 for a board I wasn't going to eat. It already comes with grapes, crackers, and kid friendly cheese, why not? I get it...it's really for adult fun. We will stop by at pick up amd get some more bottle on the way this weekend. Note: Military friendly

Best winery for fun food and vino! We came out for a murder mystery and became members for the amazing wines. Beautiful location and great food menu. Need a 'Texas Day Trip' try this one out!

We loved visiting this picturesque vineyard on a sunny summer afternoon. The tasting room was a chilly delight as we walked in from the summer heat. Mia served us tastes of five wines. She was so knowledgeable about the wines, which were all great, so we joined their wine club. Can't wait to go back in September to pick up our next set of bottles! The grounds are gorgeous and although it was nearly 100 degrees, there were lots of shady, breezy areas to relax. Strategically placed fans made it possible to enjoy being outside for a lovely snack of hummus, flatbread, and crisp veggies to accompany our wine. And the live music was fun, too. I loved saying hi to the goats, watching children play in the grass, seeing dogs having fun with their people, and looking at the growing vines. This place is a hill country gem.

Love this place! We spent the day there for the eclipse and they did it up right the food is great. The wine is great and we can't wait to go back for one of their special events.

The food was great. The wine was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing. You should try this place out! You won't be disappointed.

    Let's get the tasting started!

My sweet husband reserved a tasting for us on a weekend stay. The place was quaint, relaxing and very scenic. They had the sweetest Great Pyrenees greet us at the entrance. We were greeted with a smile and good explanation of what was to come. She made a recommendation to only have the charcuterie so our pallets could really taste the wine. It was perfect! Our sommelier explained everything to us and provided great feedback on what we would be trying. It was so relaxing (for the most part, a couple with a few kids showed up and their kids started running around behind us ‍) but we understand parents need a break too! The place was still lovely and a beautiful experience.

Very cute winery it is a bit far our, the roads getting there at very narrow and somewhat steep. But very beautiful scenery . The place was very cute and relaxing. We had reservations for a wine tasting. We got there and was welcomed and greeted with smiles. The lady by the name of Susan was the one that helped us. She was great such an amazing person. They have more of a dry selection of wine, which my friend loved! myself. I like more of the sweet red, but they did not have, but I did find their peach Sangria slush was amazing. The food was really good as well, even though our buzzer to get the food did not work, our food set up there for quite some time and got cold and the girl had brought it to us :/ Things are a bit pricey, but worth it. They even had live music that was really nice as well. you can even feed the goats.

Their signature wine. There is great food, staff and live music with plenty of shade.

Great wine, food, and atmosphere all nestled in the Hill Country. It's a must visit for any wine enthusiasts. You won't be disappointed.

Really a great place to relax under the oak trees, listen to some great music on the weekend, have some good food and hang with friends. And did I mention goats? It's pricey but for a fun experience it all balances out. The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Good and wine was delicious. So glad we spent an afternoon here

Bending Branch produces some top-notch wines and Bourbon! The winery is beautiful with multiple rooms, from high tops to comfy chairs. There is also a large patio that has some shade. They have a great family story (check out their website) and a unique way to produce bold wines. Being Kentucky natives, their bourbons are full-bodied and range from great for an old-fashioned to smooth as silk, straight up delicious. We enjoyed our red flight tasting, and yes, their Tannat is superb. Both their 2022 and 2021 Estate were complex, not overly fruity and rich. Their Tempranillo is beautifully balanced with some cherry notes and a fine leathery finish. I did sample their high-rye bourbon and was impressed with its smoothness. So impressed that a bottle now sits in my bourbon cabinet at home. This bourbon is easily sipped straight up or with a single ice cube. Bonus: If you do visit Bending Branch, take a short drive to downtown Comfort. There are some cool stores, and you have to check out the historic Giles Hotel. You can access their beautiful courtyard, and we were told by multiple folks that their breakfast is awesome. We are planning a return trip to check out the other wineries in the area and stay here.

Luckily my sister had the reservation email to show them because the girl just kept repeating the same thing until someone senior came by to help us. The wine was tasty but the tasting itself was only moderately enjoyable. The main reason was the tasting was 30-40 minutes long and we just had to stand at a counter. We couldn't order food at the counter either. We are used to tastings being at a table where we do the tasting, order bottles we enjoyed while noshing on food from the menu. Standing for 40 minutes at a counter was not expected or enjoyable. One of our family members has a disability and is unable to stand that long so he and my husband sat outside while the ladies did the wine tasting inside at the counter. It was really disappointing as the expectation was a nice afternoon at the winery with the group and it ended up being two separate groups and standing the whole time at a counter wasn't enjoyable. The wine was good. We brought two bottles home. The experience left a lot to be desired.
