What is the purpose of scheduling a pickup time if the order is not ready at that time? Customers' time should be respected. This is not an isolated incident. It often feels as though I am inconveniencing her by simply picking up food I have already paid for. The treatment toward women in particular is noticeably unpleasant and uncomfortable. If you arrive with a partner, the energy shifts in a way that feels intentional and inappropriate. Customer service is a choice. The repeated lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect is unacceptable. Even when the food is decent, the experience overshadows it completely. I did not enjoy my meal because of how I was treated. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.
