Based on those informations he told me what he would need to do to bring it back to its peak and what it would cost. He also told me to prepare to set aside at least 3 hours for the job. After inspecting my Piano in person on Wednesday, he found and showed me a few more damages to the Piano that I wasn't aware of. Still the price he quoted me in person was pretty much the same price as what he had mentioned when we spoke on the phone on Friday. In addition, the 3 hours he'd mentioned turned into 6 hours. They picked it up on a Thursday and delivered it the next day (they happened to already have a previously scheduled move planned). When talking with the owner I could tell he understood this wasn't just an object that needed to be moved but something very near and dear to our family. The price to move was comparable to other quotes I had received but theirs seemed to be the fastest delivery time. I'm not sure if that's because of the previously planned delivery to the LA area or if that's how they operate. Either way, I highly recommend the company. We are so grateful!
