This team did a great job for me. I called Royal Piano Movers and Luis gave me a quote over the phone. I had a few detailed questions and Theresa communicated with me so I understood their scheduling process which is that customers make a lot of change requests so they will secure a date for you, but the timing won't be set until the night before. I picked a date that was about a week away. Fast forward, the day before I got the time window and gave them some detailed instructions. Luis called the next day when he was 30 minutes away and arrived right in the middle of the time window they gave me.
