    Almond butter toast

Cold brew is so refreshing. The almond butter toast is so delicious. Staff welcoming. My go to stop when I have Dr. appointments across the street. Will be back.

stopped in for an iced latte. And that's what I ordered. Small cute shop. And the coffee tasted really good. I would definitely try some other stuff from the menu if I had time and was hungry. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again I will definitely come back.

Conveniently located coffee shop with some seats and some food offerings. Cute and clean inside. Some friends told me they started selling ube lattes so I called to confirm before heading over. The woman who answered said they do and that I could give her my order on the phone so that I wouldn't have to wait. I ordered a large ube latte, half sweet with soy milk. It is delicious! The espresso they use tastes great in it.

Ate here today for lunch by myself during my lunch break while working full time as a teacher assistant at The 30th Avenue School (Q300). I had brought and ate the turkey joy sandwich with iced cold raspberry tea. It was really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive that I didn't feel rushed about what to choose a sandwich to try for the first time. I couldn't agree more. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

Such a cute spot and centrally located! Service is quick and friendly, and the decor and seating area is adorable. The cold brew is great - if you want milk, the barista adds your desired amount of milk and tops it off. They have interesting latte flavors (rose, lavendar) and an interesting food menu and I'd love to be back to try the peanut butter toast with condensed milk!

Sip A Cup is literally located across the street from the Mount Sinai hospital. A part of me (the greedy part) felt that I almost don't want to mention this place aloud...but then again, the superego wins, and here I am. The lady who works at the front counter is super nice, and she recognizes me by face. I think I only visited like 3 times maybe 4. I love this place, and I can't wait for it to have indoor dining. I like the lavender latte. It's sweet, delicious, and creamy! Dreamy! I highly recommend it. They also use Oatly, my favorite Oatmilk in the world!

With so many coffee shops in the area I decided to give this place a try. Got a hot spice pumpkin latte- comes with 2 shots espresso, it was very good, not too sweet and doesn't have that artificial taste. Like you get at Dunkin' Donuts. Slightly on the pricy side, $5.25+ for a small. Seating not available, 4 stars. I would come back again!

Just discovered this place and it was worth those extra blocks from my house. If you find yourself in Astoria or live around here this place is a must. Especially if you love NUTELLA! There is two things on this menu. NUTELLA latte and banana NUTELLA toast. This is beyond what I expected. Not to mention they go above and beyond with their customer service.

Cute cafe in Astoria. Right on the way to school. Their coffee and iced chai tea latte are favorites of mine. The coffee is strong. Although I wished there were more toppings on top of the avocado toast, it was nonetheless filling. This restaurant serves delicious Nutella Toast with bananas, making it perfect for people with a sweet tooth. The women who work there are nice and friendly. I've only ever placed phone orders for pick-ups, and each time, my orders were prepared for pickup. The service is prompt and efficient.

Very disappointed. They are still operating under pandemic conditions with limited hours and few if any coffees and munchies. I will not he back.

Good service Cute store The Nutella coffee wasn't too sweet but still had a hazelnut chocolatey flavor. Coffee was super smooth Give this place a try!

I love this coffee shop, I stop by here a lot in the morning and the staff there are very nice and remember my coffee order when I walk in. It's small on the inside but it's more of a on the go experience rather than sitting inside but it feels very cozy inside of this coffee shop. I sometimes order sandwiches from here and I never had an issue with my order being wrong or bad quality. Overall I highly recommend this place and I was able to bring them more customers because of my great service with Sip a Cup.

Wanted to write this review based on the wheelchair accessibility and laptop areas…read more There are coffee shops in the neighborhood with laptop rules that say you have to sit at the high tables. Obviously as a wheelchair user, I cannot sit at the high tables, and when I have asked the staff for understanding, other places have denied me. Ines let me use my laptop at a wheelchair accessible table without any fuss. Mark was very gracious. When I asked, he said, "we will make an exception." I felt heard without advocating for common sense and I greatly appreciate the humility. Thank you!

The escargot was covered with pesto that tasted like the basil wasn't fresh. Also, I'm sure there was plenty of garlic because the restaurant smelled like it, but I would have liked more garlic in this dish. The meatballs were mostly bread (there may have been some meat). After we complained, the item was removed from our bill by our friendly, polite, and conscientious server. Note: This is a French restaurant, but they didn't have any butter for the bread.

They have a table to pickup preorders so you don't have to wait in the main line. I ordered a dozen for $39. You can select your assortment. Here's my review in order from the best to the least desirable, according to our group. Vanilla custard- the filling was thick and speckled with vanilla beans. It wasn't too sweet. This was the best according to our group. Strawberry filled- this is most traditional and Breads Bakery does a nice job. The jam is homemade. Pistachio- this doughnut was filled with smooth pistachio cream and was topped with a few pieces of pistachio. Not traditional, but they did a good job. Chocolate- the filling tasted like a semisweet or bittersweet cream/custard. Like the others, it was smooth. The vanilla was more popular among our group and I personally didn't love this doughnut. Mango- this was the one that those in my group felt missed the mark. It wasn't cloyingly sweet, so that was good, but the filling didn't do anything for us either. If you're looking for a mango dessert the one at Lysée is a real winner.

Unfortunately, it was totally bland and not large at all. The side sauce added nothing and over 30$ with tax/tip. For entrees, we shared the lobster pasta and the guazzetto di Pesci. The pasta was good. Reasonable amount of pasta but we would have liked some more chunks of lobster for the price. I thought the sauce was only ok but my girlfriend liked it. The guazzetto di Pesci was only fair. The sauce was lacking flavor. Also a very small bowl of broth with maybe 3 small shrimp and muscles, a few small chunks of fish. and two sad, tiny pieces of bread on the side. Since we were still quite hungry after the meal, we ordered the lotus chocolate caramel dessert. This was the only dish we really liked. kinda hard to mess up gelato though. It came with a hard outer candy shell and a very small cookie center that was sweet and delicious. Overall, an average meal at best that we both felt was lacking in taste and size. Won't return.
