    Iced Matcha Lattematcha

This coffee shop is really inviting and has really kind and sweet employees! They also have a ton of options for drinks and a good selection of food. I wasn't super impressed with the matcha, but I also personally love a really strong matcha. I would come back and try a different drink next time!

love the variety of specialty drinks offered here! there's also food like breakfast sandwiches. we opted for the: - lavender oat matcha latte ($7) - maple oat hojicha latte ($7) I thought they were a bit too sweet (especially the maple one) but I could taste the lavender and maple flavors and still taste the matcha/ hojicha

Found this place randomly on and yelp and I had to try. I love when coffee places have unique/fun coffee/matcha drinks on their menu. The space was small, but there were plenty of seats available. The barista was also nice and made our drinks quickly. We got the strawberry coffee and the strawberry matcha. Both had the perfect amount of strawberry. Id definitely come back again.

Grabbed an ube latte that I've been wanting to try and it was tasty and strong. There were only a few customers inside so service was quick. They offer a variety of latte flavors and pastries with several tables to dine in. A casual cafe for an in-and-out situation.

What a cute cafe! Bright, minimalist and tucked off the more heavily trafficked Court Street. I came during a midweek morning off from work and enjoyed the hot ube latte and a croissant and read a book while it was raining outside -- the vibes were good! Another reviewer said the hot ube latte tasted potato-y, and I'd have to agree. Want to try it iced! So will definitely be coming back to try different drinks and eats. Staff behind the counter is super nice!

One if the best Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte in brooklyn!! Staff is very kind!!!

I have now been to Sippy Cafe twice, trying their ube latte in both iced and hot form. Given that this was the main offering I was interested in, I wouldn't say this drink has fully met expectations. The iced ube latte tasted more or less like a typical latte, and the hot one had more flavor, but not the sweet, coconutty ube flavor...more like potato. It feels to me that they're using some purple sweet potato that isn't actually ube. I also got their truffle egg and cheese sandwich, which was tasty. This is unique; it isn't everyday your neighborhood cafe sells a breakfast sandwich with truffle-infused ketchup. My friend rates their taro bubble milk a solid 7 out of 10 but adds that this is, after all, NYC, where there's no shortage of good boba (his favorite being Teado).

Walked in at 9am, there wasn't a line so service was super quick! I got the ube latte and tamago and kani sandwich. The sandwich was amazing I love it and the ube latte was not too sweet, super creamy, the espresso is nice and strong not watery or acidic, would definitely come back and try their other signature lattes. There is around 4 small tables that sits 2 per table and 3 high chairs by the window so it's not too big of a seating area when it's busy but when you come at like 8-9am you definitely can grab a seat

Was looking for a matcha in the area. this spot had a lavender matcha latte on their menu I couldn't resist. the barista was so sweet to put extra matcha in mine. they do not carry agave though. I tried their kani sandwich and it was great! It was clean, spacious and cozy inside but i took my food and latte to enjoy at the park nearby.

The interior of Sippy is trendy and modern. There are 4 stools for seating and one bench. The menu has lots of drinks (coffee, tea, boba) and several sandwich options. There are also some pastries. I ordered a cappuccino and a kani tamago. The cappuccino was decent, but had only a thin layer of foam. The sandwich took quite some time to prepare, but came nicely wrapped and piping hot. The bun was soft and fluffy. Inside the bun were fluffy scrambled eggs and imitation crab with some sort of sauce. There were also small pieces of seaweed. I can't say the sandwich was super flavorful, but it was a unique breakfast and tasty pretty good. This meal was as comfortable being called breakfast as it would be lunch. If you're looking for something different, nice spot for a sandwich and drink.

Sippy is the perfect way to end our brunch dates in Park Slope area! We would find any chance to drive by just to pick up our favorite Iced Ube Latte and Iced Hojicha Latte with Oat Milk! We first discovered Sippy in their original location, at Williamsburg (200 Franklin Street). And they do NOT disappoint! You guys!!! This issss a MUST TRY! Other than their signature drinks, they also offer hot sandwiches as well! What beats a Tuna Melt or a Caprese Panini with Sour Dough?! Or a Truffle Egg & Cheese Sandwich?! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIPPY CAFE!!! HAPPY SIPPY, EVERYONE!!!!!!

    Almond Croissant, Matcha Lavender

Sippy showcases a lot of environmental perks expected of a modern coffee shop -- fun, bright remixed music, large glass windows to pour in natural lighting, and a fashion savvy and sociable cast of employees. The almond croissant was absolutely delectable. I also ordered the matcha lavender latte iced with added boba, floral and earthy in flavor, it was slightly more bitter than I would have preferred (however, they have the option to sweeten your drinks). If I ever came back to New York, I'd get this same snack with added sweetener and it would be perfect. Would recommend to any tourists in the area!

    Kani egg sandwich. Very tasty.

I went here around a month ago. The staff here is very nice. I ordered an ube latte as well as a kani tamago sandwich. The ube latte was good. Not too sweet and a good mix of the coffee/purple yam and I'd probably order it again or get their matcha. The kani tamago was an excellent Japanese take on your normal breakfast sandwich. Kani refers to crab sticks or the fake crab/surimi and it happens to be a guilty pleasure of mine while tamago is egg so another words it's an egg and fake crab sandwich. The egg also came with a bit of hijiki seaweed which added some extra sweetness which was fine but perhaps some people would find it a bit too sweet as kani is also a little bit sweet but there was other good flavor from the seaweed. If I was closer to this place, I probably would be here a bit too often but I'll definitely stop by again.

They've kept this place in good condition. Lots of seating and menus everywhere. It once was an Art Deco bank, you can kind of get the feel of that just from looking around. If you look at the mural behind the cash out point it gives you a little touch of history what once happened within these walls. I ordered the salmon toast. It was a little hard but I like the cream cheese was thinly spread not just thrown in like many places. The salmon was good and the mint tasted fresh. The capers were like slightly toasted and crispy, i've never had them like that before and I loved it. I think the toast was just missing a little drizzle of olive oil on top. To be honest, I think the capers were my favorite part. They were just this unique texture. I've never experienced before. I also got an iced lavender chai latte to go. It was so light and delightful, with the perfect blend of lavender. I really enjoyed this place and would totally come back again.

When you enter there is a bar you can sit at and two large high top tables next to it. As you walk further in there is a lounge with couches and various sizes tables. The whole space is surrounded by books! Heaven! We ordered a chai, matcha and a ginger cookie. Shout out to the woman taking my order for comping me my drink for my birthday! Everyone from the staff was friendly - I really enjoyed being there. The only thing I would say is someone should come by to check on the tables more often as I had to return other people's abandoned drinks. But you know what first world problems, am I right? Maybe they can have a sign or mention to customers to return their own cups before leaving. I sort of can't imagine why people don't... It is quite popular spot so you need to be very patient and strategic if you want to grab a table, as well as sprinkled with a little bit of luck. We unfortunately got there a little late. I went there at 3pm and hunted for a table and my friend got there by 330pm. By the time we ordered and started drinking our coffees - we were informed the lounge area will be closed at 4pm to prepare for the evening wine bar. Oh right this cafe turns into a wine bar in the evenings! How cool! At 4pm we thankfully grabbed one of the high tables - sharing it with another couple but it was large enough for the 4 of us. The lights dimmed and the atmosphere changed to more intimate. We unfortunately had to leave at 5pm, but I imagined picking up a James Baldwin book, ordering some white wine and enjoying both.... Mmm definitely next time. Maybe sometimes after work - sounds like a great wind down.

We tried the melon shaved ice $22 for the large which was a bit pricy but it was quite delicious. We were worried that the large might be too much for two people but honestly we were able to finish it without a problem. The melon pieces were sweet, the ice is milk based so it was creamy and flavorful on its own. We barely used the condensed milk that it came with (and we loved how they put it on the side for us instead). At the bottom of the shaved ice was cereal pieces and mochi which gave a nice different texture. We also tried their drinks specifically their blue lemonade and mango-ade which I thought was just ok. The highlight is definitely their shaved ice. Definitely go for the large as the small seemed much smaller and for double the price, you can get almost 2-3x more. For food, we ordered the royal chai, mango lassi, breakfast kathi-rito, and the condensed milk bun. The standouts were the royal chai and the breakfast kathi-rito. The royal chai was creamy, salty, perfect sweet, and silky. It had notes of cinnamon and saffron, paired with sea salt. I loved this drink. The breakfast kathi-rito was tasty. I loved the potatoes, cheese, egg, avocado, and whatever else was in it. The sauce on the side was delicious. Not exactly sure what it was but it was sweet with a kick. The mango lassi did not have enough mango flavor for me, I couldn't justify paying $10 for it. The condensed milk bun was good but it was similar to any other sweet bun in an asian bakery. The paneer sandwich was supposedly made with Amul butter, but any charming nostalgic aspect of this dish was removed by the dry layer of ghas-phus above the paneer bhurji.
