Today, my coffee tasted like hot milk. I opened up my cup only to find an all-white 1/2 cup of liquid with powder on top. The coffee was definitely left out. I had already jumped on 90 and headed to work, so I couldn't go back. As if waiting endlessly for the coffee is not enough. Very disappointed. I was just transferred from my job, and this is the only Starbucks I pass on my way to the office. I may need to start stopping at McDonald's instead. read more

Something has to be wrong with this location. They always get my sandwich wrong, I ask for a egg/mozz/pesto sandwich and they always give me the tomato panini. One time I asked for a white chocolate mocha and they give me a hot latte..... and the wait is always so long, even if there's no one there. Ordered an grande ice coffee with whole milk and carmel syrup. Got it, but was in too big of a rush to inspect the cup. So I'm driving and taking sips from it. After my 4-5 sips I was out. Sucking, but only got air and ice. I understand I ordered an ice coffee but the amount of ice I got was pack to the top. I'll stick to my side of town from now on. read more

The worse experience with a manager/employee DeAnna, made such a big deal about reloading the account with cash and ordering at the same time. I've been going to this location for 4 years and never an employee said that it makes it more difficult to order and reload to pay at the same time until DeAnna did today. After ordering 3 drinks and 2 snacks I was quoted $25.02, since she had to void the whole transaction she ended up adding 3 additional drinks. I called her out that it didn't add up to $42.something the first order. She then deleted and still had 2 additional drinks on there. With a line behind me and getting flustered I completely couldn't even understand their abbreviations on the menu that she took a picture of to show me. After multiple attempts on my own calculator and showing DeAnna that it should be at $25.02...she still blamed me for adding two or three additional drinks I never ordered. Sure as a manager she did not yell at me, however her demeanor, attitude and unapologetic approach of her wrong doing just did not sit with me. Personally I would insist on more training for DeAnna, especially being in a people setting and a barista that should be able to handle an order of 3 drinks and two snacks. read more

You would think that being a Starbucks you would be able to say it's awesome in the drinks but unfortunately that is not the case for this location. I have now been here on a weekly and about 2-3 times a week and they never seem to be able to make a simple drink. Wether I order a venti double shot on ice or a grande americano in a venti cup with whole milk foam. They also give you WAY more ice than you should ever need. With that said you would think well the staff makes up for it, gotta say not as friendly of baristas here as you would expect. I only return because of convenience to being next to Walmart, not a dunkin person but may start to be if they don't change. read more

Nice Starbucks. It's located in a strip mall, so there are close quarters, but it is warm and inviting! My husband and I were looking for a time-waster in between a wedding and its reception, and Starbucks won our vote. I ordered the caramel apple cider, and my husband got a straight black coffee. He definitely had "order envy" because my awesome apple cider is infused with cinnamon syrup. Don't worry, I shared ;) The staff was very friendly and said we were probably the best dressed people we have ever had in there! :) read more

Good Starbucks location. I like that it's not too far off Highway 20 so I can swing in and continue on my merry way back to Iowa. I did feel like I had to drive all the way around the building to get to the parking lot and entrance but I just really had to go to the bathroom so maybe that's why it seemed like it was taking forever. The inside wasn't very large but it was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well which was appreciated. The staff did a great job taking my order and preparing it quickly. read more

Being that I am all about customer service this starbucks off of Genoa road near Walmart was very impressive this evening. The lady taking ordering at the window was extremely funny and more than willing to answer questions regarding their food options. Like many Starbucks offer she remained near the window and made small talk that wasn't appearing to be forced conversation which truly makes somebody feel welcome. The food and drinks are like any other starbucks so you know what you're expecting you come here. :) I only wish that I had grabbed a receipt to personally thank the young lady, I asked her to toss it for me.
