The initial visit for the repairs went okay, but the gentlemen failed to confirm that he was changing what we had initially agreed to for color selection and type of caulk/grout to be used. After reaching out to the owner, he agreed that he needed to send his supervisor back out. Ashley came back and recognized that her tech did not follow the agreed upon plan (and also missed a couple of small areas) and set up an appointment to rectify the situation. She (Ashley) was not only professional, but very personable and helpful to get our situation corrected. She took her time to correct the areas identified and went overboard to make sure everything was done right this time. Although this issue took the company two visits to get the proper job done, we were very pleased with both the manner in which Tony, the owner accepted responsibility and with Ashley who rectified everything to make this job complete. She really was concerned that we, the clients, were happy with the work that was performed. In these difficult times, there are not many contractors who will take that extra effort to make certain that the client/customer is happy with what they are paying for. Quality: if I can post pictures at the end of this review, I will. They tell the story of how, instead of a thorough cleaning, the tech applied some white adhesive or paint(?). This white stuff had all peeled off, exposing the dirty grout, by the time we moved out, just a few weeks later. (We followed their rule of allowing curing time before using the shower again. So this was no fault of ours.) Value: a total waste of [$hundreds]! The owner wanted to come out and do a "re-do" (of course the company knows they are completely taking advantage of home sellers, who will be gone by the time the paint starts to peel)!
