I'm an avid hookah smoker and instead of accommodating and knowing how to fix the hookah, whatever worker guy that helped us was no help at all. Also claimed that his partner was "Arabic" which isn't correct and no Arab would ever identify themselves as that either. My partner and friends - being Arab themselves - were left speechless when sharing the interaction lol. Anyways, would not recommend coming here to smoke at all. They missed The Point with that one. But their drinks, the bartenders, and the fries were great.

The waiter was very over the top friendly and pushy which made us feel like we were dealing with a used car salesman. As we looked over the menu the bartender, host, and waiter stood at the end of the bar talking and gossiping. It seemed very unprofessional since we were the only ones there and we could hear their entire conversation. The bartender was very friendly. We ordered the bowl of queso and the bartender asked if we wanted it loaded and we told her no. We also ordered the bistec and chicken tacos with no pico de gallo. When the queso came out it was a small cup full of what looked like onions, but probably pico de gallo. We told the bartender we ordered the bowl and did not want the pico. She took it back and then gave us another small bowl and it was topped with meat. She could tell we were not happy and asked if everything was okay, so we explained we had ordered the bowl, not cup and just wanted plain queso, but at this point we told her it was fine. When the tacos arrived the bistec were covered in raw onions. This was not listed on the menu and not something either of us wanted which is why we said no pico. We sent those back as well but told her we did not want them replaced. We split the chicken tacos and were not impressed so we didn't order anything else.
