I went here on a whim yesterday because I had a stylist from another salon cancel on me last minute. I am SOOO glad I did! Gunnar was my stylist and he is the literal best. Not only was he so kind and friendly and explained so much to me, he was so knowledgeable and such an expert in his craft. He colored my hair, added highlights, and cut and styled my hair. It looks sooo good! And when I got home, I realized that my curtain bangs were a little bright so he told me just to call and come in. So I did today and he toned it again and again made it look sooo good. And he was so nice every step of the way. I will definitely be back! So grateful! Yesterday was my first visit to the salon and it was a great experience. Gunner colored my hair a solid blue black and I was extremely satisfied with his work. He's was very welcoming, friendly and kind. He offered me drinks and snacks which I found really nice. I usually color my hair at home but because of the length I really only focus on the roots and I wanted a full color. I would definitely recommend him and the salon! read more

Got my hair done by Gunner. He was advised that I have been box dying my roots for a year. I told him I knew it would take a few sessions to get my hair where I'd like it to be, which we both agreed. Unfortunately he completely ruined my hair color. I reached out to the owner not asking for a refund but explaining how dissatisfied I was with my hair. Her response is below and as a business owner, completely unprofessional. "That's crazy because I saw your hair before and I saw your hair in the photos. He got your way lighter than anyone anticipated. Especially since you've been box coloring your hair. He informed you that you would not have goal hair in your first session and you agreed to that. He worked on your hair for approximately 5 hours. I charge $120 an hour for color corrections, which is what your hair is. He way undercharged you in my opinion. Clearly you have unrealistic expectations. I'm going to take his side in this situation. This is exactly why we take photos. I advise you to go elsewhere from now on. Thank you! Katherine" My expectations are not unrealistic as I've had my hair lightened many times in the past by an amazing hair stylist. My hair is now 3 colors and the cut is horrible. The photos the stylist posts look nothing like what he did to my hair. He let color sit out for over 45 minutes before applying it as well. Had a hair dresser ask Gunner quietly if he had already mixed the toner before, which was sitting for more than 45 mins. The other hair dresser continued to come over and give Gunner pointers and even said to take pictures so he can trash him in the comments. I should have known then my hair was going to look horrible! Adding on, I never asked for a refund! Horrible business owner that lies as well. My email is before. Hello, I spent a few hours at your salon getting my hair cut and colored yesterday with Gunner. I'm really dissatisfied with the color. I explained I had been coloring my roots for a year and know the color I want to achieve was going to take a few sessions. Unfortunately my hair is ruined and extremely short. Gunner was a pleasure to speak with and a sweetheart, but I do not trust that correction by him will done properly. He charged $250 and I left him a $50 tip. It's not the price I'm concerned about, but my hair looks really bad. Attached is what my end goal was come summer. MY NEW GO-TO / ONE-STOP-SHOP. Quick and convenient scheduling online. I had been looking to get my hair trimmed at a different salon because I didn't like the vibes I was getting [somewhere else] and I stumbled on Siren Salon. They had scheduling available on their website which I APPRECIATE because I don't like talking to people on the phone #millenial. On the site, I noticed they had SO MANY services! VERY Welcoming and warm crew . As soon as you get past the (slightly difficult to open) door, there are good vibes all around. You can tell everyone gets along well, and they all support each other. Cisco took really, really good care of me and got rid of a lot of my split ends (and believed that i had split ends ~ huge contrast from my last salon!) He was able to work around my shorter hairs from my previous shaved side and talked through his approach for the trim. He also styled me with big waves and sent me home with some texture spray He's a real one!! Highly recommend. Will definitely come back for future trims and my next bleach and tone era. While setting up to get my hair done, I had a little consult with their eyebrow specialist to get my brows touched up. Booked an appointment a week later, and it was a great experience! Jamila was super communicative through the whole process, checking for numbing and taking a few passes to fill in some thinner spots in my brows. When I went to go see my eyebrows in the mirror, I just noticed they were fuller, but the lines were so natural-looking it took me a minute to see them! Very happy with the fresh results and excited to see what everything looks like when healed up. Jamila's definitely an expert in her craft I'm excited to book other services in the future! They have staff for eyelashes, mani/pedi, spa services, and more! I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I got my haircut Done by Eddie (Señor-Clipper-Hands on Instagram) and I asked for a low taper on the side with a undercut V shape in the back. He killed the game and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am more than happy with how my hair came out he continued to ask me if I wanted anything changed and if I did he was more than happy to do it! Book him before he books up! Just stupendous. I took my three-year-old in for his first haircut in almost two years, and Eddie did an incredible job. I can't recommend him as a barber or this salon enough. It's so hard to cut a squirrelly little kid's hair when they have a hard time not constantly moving, but he was calm and precise with scissors, clippers, and even edges beginning to end. The nail girl is amazing!! She did the BEST nails I've ever had done !!! The salon is very dirty the stylist are "unique" the "F-bomb" was dropped probably 50 times by all staff while there... they "do them", don't really care about you kind of attitude in there... it's a unique salon- it was fun- lots of laughter... but if your a stuffy type of person- this place isn't for you you will get your panties in a wad if you go there - so don't!!! it's a "cool kids" hip and fun place- lots of creativity going on in there. What can I say, but this salon is superb. I've been going here for over a year now and have never been disappointed. In fact the staff go out of their way to please and make sure you get everything you ask for, and more. Katie did my extensions and color. Abby did my nails. In fact, they tag teamed me and both worked on me at the same time to shorten my time there. My hair, as usual, came out perfect. My nails are a work of art. I couldn't be more pleased with everything that was done to me. They even did work on my brows and lashes. If you are looking for a salon that does it all, then this is the place for you. This was one of the best experiences of service I have ever had. If you want good service go here and ask for Max. First, I was able to get a last minute visit the night before, online, and then Max was gracious enough to move my appointment that day to arrive an hour and a half later. I had my hair cut into beautiful layers and had it colored. What a professional. He taught me so much about my hair and how to better take care of it. Also, what an awesome person I came to know. I'm pretty sure the girl who did my hair was a new or just didn't know how to do hair. I showed up to my appt and everything was going pretty well, the woman who was doing my hair put bleach in my hair but began on my roots first and the bottom part of my hair last. She brushed my hair while the bleach was in and didn't even let the bleach fully bleach the bottom half of my hair so I was left with a brassy tone, she then put the coloring over it which barely covers it and my hair is now very bright in some spots and dark in others. It's done choppy like instead of ambreing my colors together she did them in a straight line and now my hair only looks good curled. Not to mention the way she washed my hair, she scraped my roots and was ripping my hair as she washed it, I swear it hurt so bad. I wish she would've at least tried on my hair because if she's a real hairstylist then she would know these things weren't done correctly. read more
