I had a great time experience getting my pearl ring repaired. I had lost my pearl so I needed a replacement, and for it to be reset. I emailed an inquiry through the website and Lisa called me the next day when we discussed what what I was looking for. I went into the shop on Saturday and Lisa was very friendly and and knowledgeable about her materials and design. I left the ring with her so she could order a new pearl in the correct size. She was quick to send texts for approval before completing the repair earlier than expected, and within budget. I feel a lot more confident the new mushroom pearl will stay put compared to the original round and I can tell it is a better quality. My repair became a upgrade! My boyfriend got my engagement ring here. It as a long process since he wanted to do something custom and special. After he proposed he told me the whole story and the way his eyes lit up when he was telling it told me that this was an amazing place. First, he and the owner, Lisa, went back in forth with a design, until he saw what he thought I would like. The sketches themselves were beautiful. Second, he wanted Jade from a specific location in Guatemala. Lisa not knowing much Spanish still made it happen! She also got a beautiful rose cut Opal (my fav!). I first discovered the "No Roses" Jewelry line at a fab store in Los Feliz Village called Cake. I received a necklace made by No Roses for my birthday. I loved the No Roses necklace I was given so much, I contacted No Roses via their website to inquire if they had matching earrings. Lisa as so quick to respond and although she did not have earrings that day to show me, withing a couple of days she sent me an email with photos of various options!
