My mom tried to order a bracelet for my one year old, but she was never told there would be a $40 shipping fee. The first bracelet arrived damaged, and the replacement wasn't the quality she expected, so she decided not to buy it. Byron became upset and started yelling at her, which left her shocked and hurt, especially after being such a loyal customer for so many years.
