At Gemstone, I was given a detailed education about the two types of pearls and the sales person took her time to explain everything. I wound up getting a beautiful pair of earrings and they worked with me on the price. Plus they offer service on tightening the backs which will, with time, get loose and need adjustment. The store layout is smaller than the previous location, but the display is more focused and pleasing. Even spread of girl to boy items.
