I got a call from Royce informing me that due to…read morethe custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!

I'm not sure why Costco is allowed to scream for a manager on the megaphone just to make the customers uncomfortable . On top of that Dillon has no customer service skills. Not one person in this department clearly cares about their job and it really shows. Will be going to another Costco. I saw har gow on sale today, and I'll definitely get them next time once I make some space in my freezer lol. Today I went to grab eggs and just browse around, and I saw this mocha crunch cake it looked amazing . Even though I wasn't celebrating anything, I still ended up getting it lol. Last time, they had a tiramisu cheesecake that was so good, but sadly it was only seasonal. I think I got it around Feb 2025, and I really hope it comes back. Overall, the Rohnert Park Costco is less busy, which is nice, because the one on Santa Rosa Ave is always too crowded, hard to find parking, and has longer cashier lines.

Plus it s a Costco so we are hard wired to go in after stopping for gas. Brentwood is a seasonal destination for us. We typically go a few times a year during berry picking season and this particular warehouse has gas and is located on our exit route so its a easy no brainer for us. It has a vast parking lot and a gasoline station that is far enough away to de-conflict traffic. Aside from that it is a typical warehouse with the usual clockwise progression through the various sections. It also is a lot larger that our local one. The bathrooms are spotless (a necessary stop after picking berries and cherries in the heat) and disappointingly no Brentwood corn :( No local items per see but they did have a particular cheddar cheese that ours stopped carrying so it was well worth the stop We always add our Costco RULES to each review Aside from that as always we have rules we follow The RULES! 1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there. 2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress. 3) Avoid the weekends like the plague. 4) See #1 5) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG 6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * aka "The Death Star" on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out. 7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas. (Same on Kauai)

Navigating the store was a breeze and I found some French cheese that was on sale for $6.99! Their tequila section was decent as was their frozen food, I love this time of year for the appetizers. I even found some Kim Bop! Picking up a slice of pizza was a breeze and they have plenty of space to park your cart while you get your slices to go, pizza was hot and the pepperonis were nice and crispy, even after the 40 min drive home. Gas was super cheap too and they have 5 pumps per side, no line!! I am sold on this location. I am a happy middle aged Costco shopper ya'll!!
