I came back the following morning to pick them up. Only one person was working. I signed in when I got there, slowly more people signed in and soon there were 5 customers waiting to either pick up glasses or purchase glasses. I was very disappointed that they did not have other people working and we all had to wait for a long time. Please hire and train more employees. Also, the chairs in the office are all ripped, peeling, and look awful. They need to go to the landfill!! Goodness management you can go to an office furniture store and replace 7 chairs for less than $250. No matter how good the service & the product is this diminishes your credibility. I dropped $584 the day before. Please upgrade your office furniture for your clients. It truly does make a difference.

I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable yet stylish the frames were and they have a huge selection. Perhaps the best thing about Eyemart Express is they will replace your glasses if you break them-absolutely free! You cannot beat their prices and the glasses are ready in an hour. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. I highly recommend it.
