Reviews of this car wash on other websites complain of damage as well; cratches, dents, and even larger damage like having mirrors ripped off have all been reported from this car wash.

I knew that it is on the east side of US-97 that means that I had a choice of trying to turn left across the traffic or find a way to be going north on the highway. I was lucky and found a hole in the northbound traffic for an easy entry into the car wash. I was met by a young man who took my order and processed my credit card. Meanwhile, another young man directed me into the machine and was joined by two other men who folded my outside mirrors and used brushes to clean my pick up. I then went though the machine. Once outside, I walked around my pickup to fold the mirrors back into their normal position and inspect the quality of the wash. I was very satisfied and will return to Wet Willys Car Wash.

Once I got to Bend, my car was absolutely caked with dirty snow, mud, gravel and road debris. Funny enough I cleaned my card the day prior hoping the roads weren't going to punish my car that bad!
