We really really enjoyed this lovely retreat home in Sister's as we visited Smith Rock State Park. Such a beautiful part of the country and what a great choice we made for the 6 of us in this perfectly appointed, very professionally run retreat space. Bright, clean, spacious, it's so ample with two living room spaces and ample bedrooms (that have GREAT mattresses in them btw), we felt so fortunate to have this to come back to after some aggressive hiking. The kitchen is superbly appointed, with a fantastic stove - and a grill that works. You will love this space! We will be back next year and this will be our spot. Felt so luxurious for the pricing. We live in Sisters and have had our home listed with this management company. Thanksgiving and Christmas were such a disappointment. Thanksgiving we rented a 2 bedroom condo that we have stayed in many times prior to this rental. Who uses single ply toilet paper and paper towels? We have one garbage bag for entire time. How about white hotel towels and flat sheets? Who does this? I personally only use a flat sheet as a top sheet. Uncomfortable beds, but ok for Thanksgiving Dinner. Can't find the link that we link for the Pine Meadow Condo on W Washington Christmas was an entire disaster!!! Smoking oven, twice, the oven and microwave are original to this condo located on Jefferson St. Limited Cheap Mixing Bowls, Horrible Kitchen Experience. Same single ply paper towels and toilet paper Most uncomfortable bed in the master, top locks in the heat and the. Our stay was just perfect. The house was clean and well organized. Everything we needed to cook was available. The location was also fantastic just steps away from a National Forest. The back yard has a cute pond and covered fire pit. Really just a great place for families. The house is also big and offers various rooms if someone wants to read while others want to watch TV. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a medium to large family. My kids liked having their own rooms. 5 stars all the way but if I could give more I would. read more

Beware! Do not trust them! They do not care about COVID or you as a customer so long as they get your outrageous cancellation fee. We booked on Airbnb and due to COVID had to cancel after OR and CA governors implemented travel restrictions between states saying you need to quarantine for 14days if you travel over 150miles. Since that applied to us we had no choice and canceled with over 3 weeks advance notice yet they charged us half our total rental ($700+)! I was completely shocked at this ridiculous policy not reflective of the times and messaged them for a full refund only to have them refund me $285, saying I still owed $460. If it weren't for COVID and if we cancelled last minute I would understand a fee but $460 due to the Governor not allowing out of state visitors and with 3 weeks advance notice is downright greedy and horrible customer service. Do NOT book here during COVID times, they will not accommodate and you will NOT get your money back. Shameful! read more

Trust nothing. I thought I was booking through VRBO when I sent an email for a question the property replied with email to include a phone number. Calling them for clarification I inadvertently booked the house directly instead of through VRBO. I had problems of a cheap landlord not really caring. I wrote a letter on my return and after 4 days called to see if they where even going to reply. I was told oh yes I am working on that now. They offered me $25, this was my letter. Julie, I am writing this note because I feel as though we did not get what we bargained for in the rental of The Coop 146, There were several things that could have and should have been done to eliminate problems that never should have happen in the first place, I have these in chronological order because I had to choose one. When we worked to book the house using VIRBO, the resort description stated that the was facilities at the ranch that you could utilize for $6 per day per person. Not planning on spending our days at the ranch I really didn't pay any attention to it. When we got the confirmation it stated that there would be a $5 per person fee due and payable to the resort when we arrived. In fact that was a $6 per person fee to enter it was not optional if you where to use the pools. That added an additional $126 in hidden fees not in the description when we booked. It was indeed my fault for not checking that the house did not have Air Conditioning, it never occurred to me to ask that. There were lots of fans to move air around however several of the screens had holes in them so some of the windows could not be open or we would have mosquitoes. What was not my oversight was even though it was tremendously clear in your instructions that the house would not be available until 4pm because of the cleaning people. When we arrived at 5pm it seemed like the refrigerator had just been turned on. My guess is the house had been closed up for days and it was terribly hot inside. As you know we had a critical failure with the refrigerator. The house is a vacation home for 8 however the refrigerator was an entry level apartment refrigerator that had no hope of recovering from the closed up stagnant house. The refrigerator also was literally falling apart, the handle fell off in my wife's had when she opened the door the second time, You could still make out the epoxy repair that it had already received. When I called you you instructed us to use the owners fridge in the carport storage. So with a 3 week old baby on pre pumped breast milk we had our fridge in the carport, This is completely unacceptable. Having been there two hours my son in Law simply sat in a patio chair and it exploded. The old plastic parts just gave up with fatigue, I left the parts in the carport for you to see however did get pictures incase you need them. All of this happened within the first three hours of arriving. We talked again on Saturday morning and nothing was going to change so I did not want to further interfere with our family gathering. The house slept 8, the dining table would accommodate 8, however there were only 7 chairs. I do not believe we got our moneys worth and would like a substantial refund from our fees. She arranged a great house, 10 minutes from Sisters. It was perfect in every respect, and we really appreciate how Julie responded to our needs.
