I purchased the Sealy Copper 2 mattress from this store on Black Friday. I would give the product 5 stars, but the customer service or should I say lack of is what made this experience a negative one. Once I had chosen the mattress I wanted to purchase I had to wait approximately 2.5-3 hours to make the purchase. The purchase only took 10 minutes to make I must add. Representatives continued to ask me to wait and stated they would be with me shortly, this amounted to my 3 hour wait. Also I was bounced around from sellers and was rushed when it came down to making the buy. The delivery was also deplorable. They called to confirm delivery between 230-530. Instead they showed up unannounced at 1 pm and had my dad sign for the bed. I was not home at the time and when I showed up at 2 pm they were already gone. My bed and room were not ready for the mattress as I was in the middle of rearranging and had to lift the mattress on my own. Poor customer service from a large company. read more

My brother and mom came to buy a bed and I got dragged along. The sales lady, Lori Cichoski, let me chill on the most high tech bed and even let me play by music via the bed's Bluetooth speakers! If you got kids she could keep them entertained. Lori was very patient with my brother, who could be a bit pushy, so if you got a stubborn partner who really needs a good stern talking to, Lori is your gal!
