My wife and I had been looking for a very firm mattress as it would help with our back issues. We had gone to stores to try out several brand mattresses. The firm or extra firm ones were not that as well as expensive. We were driving and my wife saw the Cost plus discount mattress sign and we decided to go in. I didn't expect much. I was not correct at all. Mo greeted us and gave us his full attention without all the blah blah blah sales pitches. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately showed us two true extra firm inner coil mattresses. We liked one that was grey instead of the typical white. My wife wanted it even more firm and Mo told us that they actually manufacture their mattresses and could add more padding to it to add firmness. Just Give them a week and the mattress would be delivered. We ordered it and to our amazement, it was ready and delivered four days later. It is very firm and we sleep so well with less back pain due to the even support. The price was much less than many other mattresses we saw. We recently purchased a king mattress from Cost + and we are very happy with it. We worked with Paul and he helped us pick out a comfortable mattress. We ended up with a double sided pillow top which is great since we can flip it to help prolong its life. We needed a shorter foundation which wasn't a problem. Paul ordered us a 4in tall box spring and it didn't take any longer to receive the bed. His delivery guys were quick and professional. Paul was extremely helpful. The mattress and box spring set I purchased is very high quality. It's so comfortable and it's a great value. I cannot believe that such a high quality mattress exists at this price point. I appreciated that Paul initially advised me that I did not need to replace my existing mattress. However, I had it for 13 years and when I moved last year, my friend's son dragged the box spring across a storage facility corridor, which basically ruined it.
