Wow! I had a fantastic mattress shopping experience with Josh this week! I came in an hour before closing and Josh was so knowledgable about every mattress and how to choose the right one for me. He had such a great relaxed energy and asked me the right questions to help me decide on the right one. He even stayed late to give me time to pick my bed. He also helped me pick the best pillow I've ever bought and made sure I had all of the right accessories without overselling me. I walked out of the store so pleased and happy with my purchase. It can be overwhelming to pick such a valuable piece of furniture, and to be a single woman doing so you can feel nervous doing it by yourself. Just paid over $7,000 for a queen size Tempur-pedic with adjustable base. If that price sounds great to you, Sit N Sleep is your place! Dave was awesome. In store service is excellent. Prices are too high. Delivery guys were jerks. They acted like every little thing was an imposition while being pushy and impatient. My daughter and I were trying to vacuum the floor where the old bed had been moved to another room. I am disabled, and this took less than five minutes. Delivery guys started pushing the new base and mattress into the area WHILE WE WERE STILL VACUUMING. I had to tell them to back off! Also, Dave assured me in store that it was absolutely no problem for delivery guys to move old bed from one room to another to make room for new bed and that he would make a note of it on delivery order. When they arrived, they told me they don't do that. I said I can't take delivery of the bed then. They then, grudgingly, with plenty of attitude, agreed to move the bed. In 2019, I bought three beds with adjustable bases from Bob's Discount Furniture for the same price as the one above from Sit and Sleep. SIT N SLEEP HAS A STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY. Bob's gave me a FULL REFUND, no restock fee, on a king mattress I returned from the three. Sit N Sleep only cares about themselves and getting every last penny out of their customers. We shopped all over for beds, but when we stepped into Sit 'n Sleep in Montclair we got the most professional care from Rich (Lawson Pinnix) and the most comfortable bed ever with the proper bedsheets for an adjustable bed. Rich explained how each bed works and took his time with us and even did a bedMatch on their diagnostic system. But in the end we bought what was most comfortable for us. And it was a bed that Rich highly recommended too! We now sleep so good at night and we are very happy customers! There are so many beds to choose from and it's nice to have someone like Rich know all about each bed and how they can affect your back and sleep. A good nights sleep is so important and I highly recommend Sit 'n Sleep for your next mattress and/or bed frame base. We purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Soft EPT Queen mattress and the King Koil Frontier2 Adjustable Base Queen. We also purchased the 10 year warranty for the adjustable Kingkoil bed base, the FAB-FRIO pack to cover our mattress and pillows, and the DreamFit sheets with a nice elastic strap to hold our sheet in place when we adjust our bed up and down. (We love that we can raise our head & feet in our new bed!!) We are just so happy with our purchase and we got our bed delivered the very next day and the delivery men set up our bed so we didn't have to and they also took our old bed mattress away. We felt spoiled and got good service at Sit 'n Sleep and had the best night sleep ever, I'm not even kidding. I even took a nap on our new bed! It's so comfortable! It was worth every dollar! Came in to test out a couple different bed options for my wife and I. My wife has a bad back so we had to really test out the mattress before purchasing. Dave greeted us, checked our temperature, gave us protective films to place on the mattresses to test out and then showed us options we would be interested in. Once we finally chose our mattress (3 hours later) he went over protection plans to ensure our warranty does not void accidentally and things to look out for to ensure our investment lasts. My little family visited a couple days ago to order a bed for our daughter who grew out of her crib before we knew it. Kent helped us right away. I showed him what we wanted and he gave us a couple options within our price range. We purchased a mattress / box spring thanks to the deal we got with Kent. It would be my pleasure to share with you our wonderful experience at Sit 'n Sleep in Upland. Having never bought a mattress before, we were a bit shy about the whole ordeal. I was familiar with Sit 'n Sleep and many of the brands they carry from hearing their radio ad jingles for many years, but that was really all I knew. (What up, Larry!) We happened to look up the store closest to us on Yelp and read raving reviews about Lori; that was the turning point for us, we were on our way! We came in like lost sheep... no pun intended. So many mattresses, where to start? Though Lori was busy with other customers, she took a minute to approach us and give us some helpful and basic information, and directed us to the magic voodoo sensor bed to help us determine the firmness that we each required. She returned shortly thereafter and helped us with more passive guidance while we explored the best options for us. No pressure, all smiles. As we continued to try almost every bed in the store, Lori really hung with us and pointed out sale items and models similar to our favorites to help hone down the selection field. She taught us about pillows and encasements, memory foams and hybrids, dust mites and chainsaws. Did you know your old mattress gets heavier over time because it fills up with dust mite poop? Gross! Ultimately... we found the one! A mattress, that is. We were ecstatic! Admittedly, we had some strange requests and laughs while proceeding through the point of sale, but we shared cat photos and some sarcasm and had a great experience! Lori made sure we knew all there was to know about their return policies and set us up with a convenient delivery date. We took her advice on getting a mattress encasement ... and couldn't be happier about it! We loved everything about our experience at Sit 'n Sleep -- forming a great relationship with Lori, the selection and quality of product, the price level, and overall magnitude of service from walking in the door to hauling away the old mattress. Sit 'n Sleep has raised the bar for retail customer service, and in my eyes, will likely be unmatched for years to come. A very smooth process, relatively painless. We bought our older son a new mattress. Cost was a big factor but of course, comfort and quality mattered as well. The mattress was delivered right on time the very next day, with two confirming calls for delivery. Movers were polite and fast. The mattress looks great. While our son has enjoyed lying down on the mattress, tonight will be the first-night sleep test. I'm very glad our sleep consultant Rich Pinnix strongly encouraged we get a mattress protector. I've learned since researching it further that it's a very good idea! These mattresses both felt great and supported me, and even after trying a lot of this store's other available beds I still always came back to thosetwo, and ultimately ended up getting a Kings Down that made me feel like I was laying on nothing but a cloud of air! And the part we're all curious about most? The price was B-E-A-UTIFUL! For what I thought I was going to spend on one mattress, I received the King's Banquet of Sleep! Rich is a great guy, honest to you and to himself, and earnestly works for you, not for his pocket. Moreover, He also allowed me to get a feel for what "too soft" and "too firm" feels like by trying other obviously unsuitable---for me---mattresses, and I learned from him how a bed ought to fit a person and what to look out for, as well as even how to shop for a mattress.
