Sit 'n Sleep has done a great job for us on several purchases. Whether in store or over the telephone, the sales associates do a very good job at getting things right. I've made four mattress set purchases over the past two years, and each time I have been very satisfied. Regarding my most recent purchase, I spoke to JESSICA on the telephone. She has also been our sales person on previous occasions. I provided her with a list of what I needed (mattress, pillows, sheets, etc.), and she was able to have them delivered the next day. Jessica is always friendly, professional, and provides fair pricing. Regarding the next day delivery, the staff members are routinely on time and professional. Although they move quick, they have routinely been careful as not to cause any damage setting the mattresses up. The entire process with Sit 'n Sleep has been seamless with no issues. read more

We always buy our mattresses from this location cuz of great selection to try in person, great prices, and quick delivery. Huge shoutout to Jessica, who gave us great customer service. Really shows she really cares and helped us through all parts of the buying process. We never had issues before, but on our most recent purchase, we initially got a bed that was too hard, and Jessica and the customer service team were amazing in getting us into a mattress that fit us better. The salesman, Matt, greeted us and was very polite and informative. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. He was not the least bit pushy or "salesy". He seems like a really good guy who is genuinely serving his customers. We bought a great mattress and are super happy with it. I was on the hunt for a queen mattress for my son for the past year. He had outgrown his crib and I wanted to get him the same mattress I had gotten for his older brother. It was the BEST mattress I've ever slept on...the aireloom mattress from The Hotel collection. We had gotten such a good deal on it from a mattress liquidators store 3 years ago and I had hoped to get the same bed for my other son. Unfortunately, covid happened and they haven't been able to get that mattress at all due to the low inventory and factory shut downs. Fast forward to this week. I started going to various mattress stores in hopes of finding an extra firm, but still comfy bed for my son. I couldn't find anything I liked and I was gonna bite the bullet and pay full retail for a aireloom mattress from Macy's when I came across the King Koil Cypress mattress from Sit N Sleep. It felt very similar to the firmness I liked from the airloom....but at like almost 1/3 of the price!!! We immediately bought it the same day and they delivered it the next day. My son loved it and has been sleeping on it for the last 2 days. I held this review off for a while because I tried to get over it but till this day it still makes us uncomfortable: Came in around early December. My boyfriend and I were shopping around for a mattress for his new room. We're both college students and we're not super well off with money since we are financially independent. We let the sales associate know ahead of time that we are on a budget and when we told him that, he immediately took a step back and told us that we're not going to find anything here. Wow, how welcoming. We asked if we could take a look around and the entire time we were going around the store, he was subtly eye-ing us and following us making comments like "I've worked in this industry for many years and I've never sold a mattress for $350". Like let us shop around? He would chuckle softly every time we would check the price of a mattress. The entire time we felt super comfortable and he made us feel so poor so we told him we would take our business else where. As a sales associate, your only job is to make us feel welcome and comfortable in your store that we were planning to spend our hardworking money on-- Not to passively shame us for not having a lot of money. We are young adults just starting our lives. ****Also a side comment, we ended up getting a high quality memory foam full size bed for only $250 somewhere else and we love it.
