The customer service is amazing, and I highly recommend you opt in for text updates. The delivery window was reasonable, and they gave a ten minute heads up prior to their arrival (which was shockingly accurate). Carlo and Fernando were courteous and incredibly speedy, even donning gloves when handling the mattress. After testing the electronics and checking to make sure I trash or twist ties were left on the floor they handed us our manual and warranty before thanking us for our purchase. Amazing experience! We made an appointment online to ensure we could see all the beds. Right when we got in BILL greeted us and made us feel comfortable. He walked us to a tester bed & made us both lay down so it can test out what type of bed would be best for our backs. It goes by color and then he showed us the beds that matched the color best for us. Bill was great the whole time. He never pressured us or made us feel overwhelmed. My husband and I moved to the area in November of 2017. We checked into a few places before stopping by Sit 'n Sleep. We should have gone there first! Art was the amazing and knowledgeable associate who assisted us. He never pushed or hurried us and we ended up investing in a wonderful king size bed with an adjustable frame. We've never slept so well! In January we had family coming to stay with us and needed a quick delivery of a queen size mattress. Again we called a few places and Sit 'n Sleep was the clear choice. This time is was as easy as ordering over the phone. They delivered next day and with great organization and communication from the delivery team! Neither of us knew exactly what we were looking for and so far the whole moving process was one headache after another. I feel so awful for not remembering his name.. I believe it was Art.. He was moving into a new residence and understood our troubles, so that was an instant connection. I dislike high pressured sales people. I appreciate that at the Ontario Sit and Sleep I was greeted with helpful information and then allowed to shop. We were looking bed for a larger bed for our teenage son, and couldn't decide between queen and a full. So I was doing a review for another business and decided to FINALLY get around to doing this review for this business (sorry for the delay). I recently moved and was looking for new mattresses for the house. I hate sales people because they are so pushy and went into this skeptical to say the least. The family and I walk into Sit N Sleep and tried to quickly move around to avoid all of the sales people. That's when it happened, Art caught us and came to speak with us. We were just looking so not sure what to get but I asked could we use their bed matching thing to see what it says we should buy. Art seemed very serious and said the bedMatch would tell us what type of bed was good for us but wouldn't pick the mattress.....ok.....um, can we use it?? He set us up and we jumped in to be analyzed, seriously, I could have fallen asleep in this thing. Art came back when we were done and explained what the results meant. We were pressed for time so checked a few beds then left. I made it to the car only to realize I dropped my phone, I left and had to return later because....yup, I have two phones and dropped the other (don't judge me!). We returned that weekend ready to try out the beds from the results. Art remembered me (I know how can you forget a guy that lost TWO phones in the same day) and he greeted me happily (I know, sales guys). He then introduced himself to the kids and even let them try the bedMatch, which doesn't work with light kids. Now armed with all of this knowledge he walked us to beds that matched our types and left us alone. I kept an eye on him to watch his interactions and dude, he's a cool guy. He worked the room, his other sales person came over to us and he was offputting but Art just made things feel relaxed. We checked a few beds and decided on a couple. Art did push us to buy an expensive one, as a matter of fact he just gave us the facts on the beds and walked away. When we figured out what we wanted, as well as the kids, we found him and he mentioned the linings (yes, up sale) but said don't buy them from here if you don't want. We went to the front to put our deposit down and told him we wouldn't need them for 3 months. He not only hooked us up with the deal that just ended but he also reserved the stuff until we got into our new place. Art went above and beyond because he kept track of the inventory to ensure we got ours, worked when the delivery got screwed up (we got our place on Thanksgiving so kinda of expected) but he never let anything slip. He even gave us another discount based on the new sale! This guy was top of his game and customer service. He was jolly, real chill, not pushy and was really our first sales interaction out in this area. I promised him the review because 1) not many sales people work like he does and 2) not many people give thanks where thanks are due. My husband and i were looking for a new bedroom set as ours was close to 10 years old. We looked at a couple of mattress stores within the area and chose to go into Sit 'n Sleep only to get an idea of what we wanted. We were then going to find it somewhere "cheaper". When we entered the store there was one gentleman working with another customer, he went out of his was to introduce himself and let us know he would be with us shortly. After looking around a bit and trying a few of the mattresses, Art came back around and asked us if we had been in the store before and asked if we knew how the color coding on the mattresses worked. He also suggested we did a 3min test where we lie on a bed and it does these tests that gives us the color we should be looking at (it was pretty cool) using that information we found the mattress we wanted and we also found a bedroom set we really liked (i didn't even know they had them). Long story short we got a great deal, had a great conversation and i cannot express how thankful i am to Art for helping us to achieve our DREAM bedroom!!! We came in here yesterday thinking we'll just look and get "Bed Matched." However, we ended up with a new mattress! Manny Amaro helped us greatly, he was patient and genuinely put the effort into helping us decide and not to rush just make a sale. He first pointed us to their quite amazing and "cool" bed match and machine and found that the boyfriend and I need a Blue or Medium Firm mattress. We then tested out basically all of the Blue labeled beds they had to offer and others alike. Even when we thought we had made a choice , he never rushed us and encouraged us to take out time. Great customer service. Art and Walter were of great help. I had a defective mattress and called customer service to open a claim. Within a week or two had a rep come out to do an assessment of my bed including finishing my claim findings. Found it was defective and as of today went back to store to choose a new mattress. I chose Simmons full bed with a new warranty. They guarantee their manufacture warranty as in defective parts to the bed. Any other complaint like discomfort etc a one time exchange with restocking fee applied to new mattress. Anyway, mattress, box, and frame will be replaced at equal or less value and waiver of that stocking fee due to manufacture defect. Art was very calm and helpful during the process. Bought a bed from these guys before - hated the bed but no compromise on the 90 day return even though it had caused medical problems (back) that actually landed me in the ER. Fine. Policy is policy. We dealt with that $2,500 loss. Got a Sleep Number bed - way happier with both the bed and the service. Today is the reason for the review though - we need a simple twin mattress so we stopped by. We walked up at 5:58 - granted they close at 6pm, but it was still before their closing time and we had just seen someone walk out. The door was locked. The salesman (and same guy who sold us the previous bed) actually walked to the door to apologize because they were closing up. My husband and I walked into the Sit'n Sleep store and were immediately greeted by Monica Michaels. She's AWESOME and highly knowledgable about the beds in the store. She took her time with us, listened to what we told her our needs were, and then showed us several different options. She stayed with us while we went back and forth to compare the beds. She didn't hover. When she saw we were ready to make a decision and discuss prices amongst ourselves, she gave us space and privacy and happily came back to us when we finished discussing. Oh and she is super funny!!! I don't think she realized how entertaining she was. We enjoyed her amazing sense of humor and practicality! We selected a bed with no hassle and got next day delivery!! Monica told us what to expect at delivery and things went exactly as she said. For delivery, I got a confirmation call, which provided a four hour window. I wasn't worried about the time span, because Monica told us that we would get a one hour courtesy call as well. True to what Monica said, one hour prior to drop off, I got a call (with a live person) telling me my order would be delivered in an hour. One hour later I got a call from Ramon stating they were ready to bring my bed up. Ramon and Edin (T-90) were fast and efficient. Even in 109 degree heat (and I live on the second floor)!!!! They were both very kind, courteous, and very professional. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with them while they worked. We are the most indecisive people and we went out and bought a mattress from Kent, just like that! We came in on a Sunday afternoon, about an hour before the store was closing and there was just Kent in the store helping out a customer. In the next hour, he managed to help us, and 3-4 other families that walked in the store and pretty much sold all of us a bed or two. He must be doing something right. We knew very little about mattresses before we walked in, but Kent was informative, to the point, and guided us to the right mattress that was a great fit for our needs and budget. I liked that he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive bed and was even looking in the clearance inventory for us. I also appreciate that he apologized repeatedly and expressed how thankful he was that we waited very patiently for him while he helped many other customers. He's definitely a great salesman. The selection was huge, and the price was very fair. We visited Macy's and a liquidation warehouse before coming here, and we thought this was the best experience overall. read more
