I came here to purchase a new mattress, boxspring and frame. I had a good purchase experience; however I had absolutely no help after purchase. When I made my purchase I was told my items would be ready the next day, as I decided to pick up the mattress, boxspring, and frame I purchased. When I arrived the next afternoon my items weren't wrapped and the floor display frame I picked wasnt disassembled either. When questioned about why the items weren't ready, the lady stated shes been busy. I've never had to disassemble, wrap and pack my own mattresses items before. It was ridiculous. Me and my husband came in the store looking for a good mattress we have been having problems with mattresses for the past few years and we shared this with the customer service rep his name is Art he had us do a mattress test and the results are color-coded he showed us a few mattresses we fell in love with the third mattress he showed us he was very very knowledgeable we told him the problems we were having sleeping we were having back pain and he did inform us that this mattress would help. he was very nice very informative he spent about over an hour with us helping us decide what mattress to get. *Read if you have hip and back issues* I've had my hybrid Sealy mattress and adjustable base for almost a month and I am loving it! In store, Lisa helped me find the exact bed I was looking for as I told her my concerns with my hip and back injuries. During checkout she offered an adjustable base warranty, mattress protector and sheets, which I purchased as well. There were a few logistical problems with the base and delivery but with Lisa's great customer service, everything got figured out accordingly! Felipe and Byron did a great job with delivery and installation as well. They were very quick and experienced! Mattress: I LOVE it! It's the perfect amount of support as well what I like to call "sinkage" Lol I'm still breaking it in but I do feel it conforming to my body more with use but also provides excellent support for my hip and back! Adjustable base + warranty: EXACTLY what I was looking for! The head and feet both come up, which helps alleviate pressure on my hip while laying down or back while sitting up. This will also be useful for if/when I have surgery and need to recover. This is a GOLDMINE for those with back and hip issues. There is a zero gravity function and presets, which is nice so you can set it up exactly how you would like it! Lisa also explained the warranty in detail. You want to make sure that you are covered in the event something wacky happened lol Mattress protector: Works perfect! I'm so happy I got this. About a week after I had my mattress, my water bottle leaked all over my bed through the comforter and sheets. However, not one ounce of water touched my mattress, thanks to the protector! Microfiber sheets: I love how soft they are however I do feel myself getting warm through the night and they are too big for my mattress so they do move around while I change sleeping positions. Overall my experience was great and I am very happy for Lisa's expertise and patience through this process! read more

This review is long overdue! In July, we were in the process of moving and when we saw Sit n Sleep from the freeway, we decided to go window shopping. Art introduced himself as we were checking out some mattresses. He politely asked if we were in a hurry, if not he wanted to see if we were interested in testing what kind of mattress best suits our bodies. The test was cool, we were instructed to lay down and turn on our sides while this bed measures what I can guess as pressure points. Based on the color coded results, Art showed us a few mattresses. It was fun, but since we were not really planning on purchasing a new mattress, we left shortly. The next few days, my boyfriend kept saying it's cool that we can finance for 4 years with 0% APR. I knew at this point, he's already made up his mind and we are getting a new mattress. We came back within that week. Another employee approached us as we entered the store, but we informed him Art was already helping us. He was with another client so we just started testing out the mattresses he showed us before. In just a few minutes, he was assisting us once more. The most amazing part is we tested about 6 mattresses but ended up purchasing the very first one he showed us. I guess that test really works! I love my bed soooo much! I've never spent more than $2000 on a mattress before, but it was worth every penny. Every night is like sleeping on clouds as soon as my back hits the bed. After searching for the " perfect mattress ", visiting several mattress stores, we ending up at Sit and Sleep. Our sales person, Art, very knowledgeable and friendly. He had us use the Bed match" system which is a scientific approach to finding the correct mattress. After the process, Art showed us several mattresses that fit our criteria. Not only were the selection of mattresses extensive, Sit and Sleep also had the best prices! We found our mattress that suited us best and also purchased an adjustable foundation, as well as pillows, sheets and mattress cover. The bed was delivered 3 days after the purchase. The customer service we experienced from the first greeting was amazing. Lisa our sales associate was awesome. So knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She never pushed us to buy anything and gave us ample time to make our own decision based on what she showed us and the description of the various mattresses. They were true to their word about our delivery. They called the night before and gave us our three hour window. The next morning we were contacted when they were on the way and when to expect them. They were early! The delivery workers were very conscientious wiping their feet each time they had to come in and out. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We were in need of a new mattress and had heard all the commercials, so we decided to pay them a visit. We found their prices expensive, but the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, so we decided to go ahead and pluck down a large chunk of change on a new mattress and box spring. During the purchase the salesman warned us about their mattress guarantee only being valid if the mattress sagged more than 1 1/2 inches. I found it unusual that he was already warning us about our brand-new mattress sagging, but I didn't give it a second thought because it had taken our prior mattress more than 12 years to sag. Little did we know that this was all a setup. Within the first 3 months the mattress started to sag. We then remodeled our home and did not sleep in the bed for the next four months. After we resumed sleeping in the bed it continued sagging. A few more months past and we started feeling back pain, which gradually grew worse. Finally, after the equivalent of sleeping in the bed for less than a year, the mattress sagged so much that both my wife and I began experiencing excruciating back and hip pain. So, we called Sit 'n Sleep customer service. They ended up sending someone to measure the sag. They determined that the mattress had in fact sagged more than the stated 1 1/2 inches. They said that we would receive a credit towards the purchase of a new mattress from them. We went to the showroom and asked the salesman for the best mattress they had that would not sag. They sold us a mattress with a 10-year 1 1/2 inch anti-sag warranty. Of course, we still had to pay a little more for the new mattress, plus they charged us a delivery fee. That was like adding insult to injury. So, would you like to hear how well the new mattress did? It started sagging within the first couple of months and continues to sag to this day. We tried calling them out under warranty, but they measured and said that although the mattress had sagged, it did not meet the 1 1/2" minimum threshold. Therefore, we would now need to deal with the continued sagging and eventual back pain until the mattress reaches the 1 1/2" minimum level of sag. We give up!!!! Now I understand what a racket they have going on with all their radio and television ads. They sucker you into buying an expensive mattress that's just going become junk in less than a year. Never again. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!! read more

Terrible shopping experience. It started off fine until I actually needed to receive my mattress from the warehouse. 1.) My salesperson calls me and tells me that my mattress is not in stock so we would need to reschedule my delivery date. 2.) When my mattress finally arrives they send me the wrong one. When I call my salesperson he tells me that there is nothing he can do for me because he is already losing money on the sale and I'm just going to have to wait on the exchange. 3.)The night that they are finally supposed to exchange the mattress out for the correct one I paid for, they are over an hour late AND they only come to pick up the wrong one without giving me the one I paid for.
