Warning to anyone buying from Sit n Sleep... I purchased a bed on August 27th 2022. I had to cancel the order on the same day. I never recieved the item nor was it shipped. When I spoke with Sit n Sleep on August 27th 2022 about the refund, they said it would take up to 10 business days. The purchase amount was $1829.58 for a new Queen Bed. I have spoken with 5 different people at sit and sleep, Maria, Yolanda, Narda, Tia, Melanie. I have been givin 5 different reasons as to why the refund has not been issued. Yesterday, Maria said that they are "Having troubles" and it will be another 5-10 business days before a refund can be ordered. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and Better Business Bureau. read more

He is disrespectful when we needed to exchange and upgrade when we spoke with corp regarding the exchange they told us it was fine to bring it in and do the upgrade. Manuel being so rude to us and when we said we can call the corp here he said do what you want im going to walk away. No people skills talked over us, just kept saying he cant help us and he walked away to help someone else. i do not recommend going to him. We bought a mattress oct.2021. Spent 1200$ and thought it's going to be worth the money. My husband (175lbs) started sinking into his side a couple months in. After they came out a week ago and saw that it's far more than 1,5 inch we just received an email there's nothing they can do because our bed frame is the issue. I wonder why only his side is sinking in. We informed our sales person before purchasing the mattress which bedframe were using. They might offer a discount when buying a new mattress. I feel scammed! Come on 1200$ and not even a year in we need a new one? This got to be a joke! UPDATE: After we complained on social media they reached out to us. We got full credit on our mattress. Today 9/6/22 we went to the Palmdale store and had the pleasure with the Sleep Consultant TOMMY SMITH. He did everything to make us happy!!! I wish he would have been our Salesman the first time! Patience and Excellent Service 7 years ago we purchased from Sit n Sleep, having a positive experience we thought we would go back. Immediately we were nade to feel at ease. Loretta greeted us at the door, in a face mask and took our temps before assisting us. We wanted a king size extra firm mattress, we never did give Loretta a price range or max budget, Loretta started to show us several options. All inner spring or hybrid mattresses no pillow-top never steering us or hard selling. Her choices for us were all excellent, 4 mattresses any of which we could have been happy with. It came down to warranty and features. Infinity Hybrid on an adjustable base. In addition the extended warranty on the motor, the mattress protector which we love. I will review the bed in a few weeks, this is about the really good customer service, the patience but mostly the listening. See people don't buy mattresses on a whim, they are not luxury purchases. If someone shops for a bed and mattress they need it. Easy for a salesperson to push to hard. Not Loretta, she didn't sell us. She presented options and let us ask questions. It's color coded and I came up gold (super super soft) while my SO came up green (super soft). Daryl showed us 3 different beds within the green range at 3 different price points to give us an idea of what our options. He didn't hover or rush us, really made us feel comfortable and allowed us to try as many beds as we wanted after showing us his recommendations. Very disappointed with Sit 'n Sleep. We have purchased mattresses from this store located in Palmdale CA for the past 15+ years. We purchased a Simmons king size mattress in 2017. This was supposedly a very good mattress. We paid $2,250. In less than two years the mattress started to dip. I called the store they put me in contact with Precise Mattress Inspection. They promptly came out to do the inspection. The mattress clearly showed signs of dipping. I have all the paperwork when I originally purchased the mattress. I never received the inspection report. When I called the Palmdale store they told me the claim was rejected due to the tag being removed. I asked for a copy of the report and Loretta proceeded to read it to me. This store is on the pricey side but I have always tried to support local business. Customer service is most important to me. Sometimes the product for whatever reason doesn't hold up however if the company stands behind their product I would continue to support them. This store will no longer be getting my business nor will I give any recommendations for them. read more
